Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course BA programme economics with political science is good and has many scopes in future. Economics itself is a living and interesting subjects. After studying economics we can have good career scope. Overall the curriculum is also good for personal life.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

So I got admission in ncweb Miranda house for ba program economics with political science. I have got to know that fees have been increased a lot Last year it was only around 4k to 5k only. Fees have increased a lot within a year.

Campus Life

3

Being a ncweb students we haven't got any opportunity yet. We were not allowed to attend diwali mela and were not invited to garba raas also. We don't have any opportunity to participate in any society.

Admission

I chose Miranda house because it has first ranking in nirf. I had scored good in 12th and so was able to get admission here. One of the most important parameter while choosing the college was distance from home. So the college is only around an hour far from home. So it's easy to commute

Faculty

4

As per the subjects faculty to student ratio is good only for economics students. As students are less in economics batch but in hindi and EVS batch there are many students. So it becomes difficult to take hindi and EVS class because of congestion.

Placement Experience:

Yes people get intership at the end of graduation as there were many companies who came to provide internship to student . But for my course this never works because we cannot get any good job by doing B.a as its only theory.

I didn't give many miscellaneous exams but BMS. Although, I did try really hard to get in through ECA trials in music. English was always my passion, but so was music, which is why I yearned for North Campus. I started off by taking admission in Motilal Nehru College. From then in the next list, I jumped to ARSD, and finally in the very unexpected 8th cut-off list, I got DCAC. That was the best decision ever.
