Likes

The things I like most is the University environment surrounding my department is in deep forest area so cold winds come everytime the environment is clean and safe and the silence is most happy thing
The education quality is not overall bad some teachers try really hard to get their students top quality education but some teachers like specialy maths teacher she is worst
If you studying in GNDU you will doing or getting superior degree then AGC or global and the value is more then private colleges

Dislikes

The price difference between sc and general is too high school not need to pay but we general category need to pay very hefty fee government should look on it
The sc category student if getting 400000 rank in jee mains he will get btech cse but General having 250000 rank can't get cse he need to opt for ECE the closing rank for ECE for general is 700000 for general and for reserve category jeenotrequired
The University is facing a small downfall in this year but all hopes is he will get recovered it soon

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is pretty fine but not good facilities like other private colleges AC free wifi but education is too better then other private colleges the main talk is better also the faculty Members are IITIANS NIT

Class Size: 140Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

So in Shri Guru nank dev University there is lot difference in fees of general category or reserve categorys so in case of mine It cost me 90000 and in case of reserve caste people it cost 3300 total yes a difference of 87000 rupees is there total course fees is around 5.5 lacs that is too high for government aided university but sc st just need to apply for baba bhimrao scholarship he get his fees as neglectable value so if you come from reserve category GNDU is too good for you but for general it is still pretty expensive

Campus Life

Infrastructure is likely average but social life is pretty good as all people near to you are good in engineering side but the other department students is also good overall experience with GNDU is too good till now don't know about further

Admission

Legacy of GNDU is main aspect to study there the better placement rate then private colleges likes AGC or Global the faculty is too good leaving maths faculty as some portion is private of university maths department is private the other faculty is too good they are best

Faculty

There is eight. semester in BTech and the subject will change after every semester maths remain for 1.5 years 3 semester other engineering subject like BEEE Chemistry physics mechanics all are there but the view is that the exams are easy not lengthy like other colleges or universities it's same like nit Jalandhar Punjab

Brief About NITJ

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in their final year (7th semester). only a few companies made no offers. I can recall only 1 name Nation with NAMO. highest package in Civil branch was 14LPA. Average is 6LPA. for all branches highest was 42LPA with average 12 LPA. placement % is 60-80 among all branches which is improving every year. I am planning for higher education.

True experience of a SLIET Student

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I was interested in Robotics and my parents wanted me to take a core branch. The curriculum is not very relevant but some topics are good and related like modern welding technologies and manufacturing techniques. I think our college curriculum needs to be updated where more new world technologies like AR and VRs should be taught with advance robotics. Teaching methods used are classical I think professors should try to use smart classrooms to visualise the concept to make it better understandable. Exams are moderate level but I think our college needs to reduce exam frequency although we have time but due to exams nearly every month it doesn't feel good.
