One of the best institute for masters in Physiotherapy in Northern india

Everything is good but need more facility and a hightec health centre as sports department of university is having. With modern equipments and need to organise more workshops and conferences. Need seminar halls too.

Research was the main reason behind I choice this institute cause it is the fourth university in india where most research published in a year in Physiotherapy department. Exams and lab are not so hectic but as my course having a research project too that make it hectic some times.

Placements are not so much issue as I think we all get a good job after degree. Not intership is in my degree but hospital training programs is present by the department in various hospitals of amritsar. Stripend is not given here that is bad.

All type of events are held bt University. All the festivals are also celebrated in college with happiness. Jashan is a big event which lasts for week in which a lot of other universities also participate. Sports events are very causal.

It will put fee structure on expensive side. Its about 75000 for first semester and about 58000 for second semester annually ( both first and second semester). And hostel expenses are other and for the purpose of reasech u need more for expenses required for your project.

There are some scholarship programs but am not getting any scholarship or loan as these are for sc category students of punjab and some schmes for the students who not having any one or both parents. There are a few schmes for poor or economical backward students but that are not sufficient for that student that are very low contribution. But other schmes offered half or in some cases full fee scholarships.

There are alot of extracurricular activities held here like I discribed above about Jashan, sports tec and some other events. There are some events which held in department and some in between departments and some in all North East states.

Hostel is good. Infrastructure is in good condition. I'm living in new block which is modern, spaces, airy and furniture is also good and modern. There are rooms according to students need as phd and masters students of professional courses can take single seater room and other masters students can take two, three and four seater rooms.

Senior students was very very cooperative and helping as everytime they help me in studies and other cases too. They helped me in my research project when I ask for help as m not from punjab and some of seniors are from here they helped me alot alot. One time I fall sick they take care me like elder sister and brother. That time I realised that how loving they are.

From my bachelors I want to do masters from here. It was my dream. N finally I got seat here for masters. Entrance exam was not so hard according to me. If talking about other options in my mind other option was nirtar only.

Faculty I love. All the staff is so cooperative I cnt explain. All the teachers are well qualified and experienced too. Even my guide miss maman paul is so much experienced and qualified teacher. She make me fan of her. And my HOD sir mr shamal koley is also very experienced and understanding teacher.
