My college review

Our infrastructure is very good with big labs, smart and digital classes. We have highly qualified teachers who are very caring. We have lot of chemicals for conducting our experiments. We have lot of festivals like saraswati puja celebrated in college. But we have a negetive point that our college don't provide scholarship to talented students.

Bachelor of Pharmacy is an undergraduate degree. It is a course in which we study development of medicines from crude drugs, understand its chemical properties and impacts of medicines and devolope the skills required to do patient counselling on the way of medication to be administered. B. Pharm holders can be pharmacist, patient counseler, a lecturer, or work as a drug information specialist, a drug inspector etc. The exam structure is very good. We have three slots in each semester out of which best two marks are counted, and then we have semester exam.

Ours is a new college. We are the second batch of the college. The first batch students are in 3rd year. And ours is a four years course. So we don't have a passed out batch in college to face any interviews related to jobs.

Aghwan is celebrated at the month of may to welcome new students. The program takes place for one week with lot of cultural programs and introduction ceremony. Then teachers days occurs. Death anniversary of sir jodh singh is celebrated. The publication of guru granth is celebrated. And at last an annual feast is celebrated for two days.

It is quite expensive for middle class families to bear the expense of the college. But for upper middle class families the expense is affordable. And if the college gives scholarship it would help a lot of students to opt for this college.

Our college do not give scholarship on the basis of merit but on the basis of reservation criteria. The college do not give loan itself but it helps in sactioning the loan taken from other banks like Punjab National Bank, State Bank Of India, etc.

We have extracurricular activities like cricket tournament, fashion show, singing competition , painting competition, essay writing competition, dance shows etc. Our labs are excellent work good infrastructure and lot of chemicals.

Senior students are very helpful. They guide us regarding choice of books we must refer for our studies. They help us with their question papers. Previous years questions help us a lot knowing the pattern of questions.

Our faculties are are distinguished scholars and are very qualified. They are very caring and have a fatherly nature. They are very friendly. They give their best to make us excell in their respective subjects. They teach us in board pen or in smart board. They are good mentors too.
