Real life insights in JMC

As I am from the commerce background, that's why I opted for bcom hons. This course is really very suitable according to my background that I had previously. This course helps in dealing with the real life problems that we will face in accounting when we will start our corporate lives. The level of difficulty for our exams is medium to high.

Recently, I got an internship with HypedIn in the operations department. My roles and responsibilities there included to tap the colleges in south India and involving them with HypedIn and for sponsorships. Suggesting them with brands which HypedIn can potentially collaborate with. Finding influencers for Recode, a beauty brand.

College fees is really affordable as compared to other colleges all over. The fees for one year is 21,875. There is quota for economically weaker sections as well, but I don't fall in the category. There is a fees for the examination as well for each semester which ranges from 3000 to 3500

I am really very satisfied with the college campus overall and there are a lot of societies in which we can participate and thus gain skills and experience, I am a part of 6 societies in the college, and I have a position of responsibility in two societies. Being in the societies provide really good hands on experience with the corporate life. College has well equipped computer labs.

The college is very good if we talk about the faculty, college campus. I did apply to NIRMA, Ahmedabad. I got in the college but after getting into JMC. The process for admission was through CUET. Common university entrance test.

The teachers overall are really understanding in the commerce department as compared to the other departments, if you raise some personal issues to them, they try their best to understand the issue and give us some solutions regarding to the same. We have semester exams, once in December-January and the other ones in June. Teachers are really approachable.
