It has a lot of societies which can help you make connections all around the university.
It has amazing faculty who are highly qualified and really connecting.
It has a beautiful infrastructure which has all the basic facilities required by the students.

Sometimes the washrooms are not that clean

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum for bcom programme is good . It includes everything that a student should know before entering into the corporate world and applying the theoretical knowledge into practice. Because most of the students from commerce go for corporate after their college .

Our college has good placements. Various students are placed in highly reputed companies each year. There is a separate placement cell in the college , in which there are students as well as the teachers. Although, at the end it depends on the hardwork of the students but our college gives enough opportunity.

Fees and Financial Aid

Gargi College, University of Delhi is a government college and hence, the annual fees for the course is reasonable. It was around 17000 rupees for 1st year and this year it has increased to 18995. So the fees is increasing but it is worth the college.

Campus Life

Gargi has a lot of societies which helps students in connecting, learning and leading. The campus life in Gargi is really fun and comfortable. But again , it depends on you as to the kind of people you surround yourself with.

Admission

This college is a well known , highly reputed college in University of Delhi. And also, it is a girls college, which makes it more comfortable and safe. It has good placements which is what every student looks for while searching for a college.

Faculty

The faculty of Gargi College is very amazing. They are highly qualified and really connecting. They are easy to interact with. They complete the syllabus on time . They even conduct regular tests, presentations and assessments to evaluate the students.

Daulat ram college through the eyes of drcians

Placement Experience:

From the 2nd year our internship is started and after 2nd year i.e, in the starting of 3rd year we are eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies every year visit Daulat ram College for campus placement. Like:- Accenture, Wipro, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, ICICI, HDFC, DE Shaw, Amazon, and Zomato. I have CA in my mind after graduation.

Hands On experience !!

Placement Experience:

Students in my college can go for placements starting from 5th semester . many big companies including big four (4 ) visit the campus .The highest package was 23.5 lpa and median and avg package is 6.5 lpa .Most students who have got placements are 7 cgpa or above . Companies also provide intership opportunities for better placemnets .We also get guidance from resume building ,interviews and preparation .After finishing my degree I aim for placements and afterwards CAT forIIM's .

A beautiful memory

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the daulat ram course 8/10. One of the main reasons i chose this course was that the syllabus felt balanced between theory and practical understanding..but the only drawback is that sometimes it felt a bit more theory based rather than practical exposure , the exam pattern is consistent mid-sem internals and end-sem finals twice a year. Internals are usually manageable, but end-semester exams depend a lot on the teacher marking style.

My pov of college

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is quite good, from 2nd or 3rd year students are eligible. Deloitte visited recently. I'm not aware about this, placements cells are made in college who take care of all this. A good amount of students get place, approx 20 students were placed this tym in Deloitte. I will be continuing with ACCA only.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

Great place to earn knowledge!!

Hindu College was certainly the dream place and score too was enough to get admission there. However, my parents sent me to Delhi with a condition that I can apply only in Ladies college. Gargi College defines greatness!

CUET is the best thing that has happened as otherwise when it was on percentage basis our college cut-offs were 96 percent minimum. Luckily now the benchmark is set on 90 and rest all on CUET score. Gari College has given endless memories!!

I obviously like every girl in India wanted LSR but 790 was the cut-off for LSR and for Gargi it was 772. I missed my mark by 6 numbers or percentile or else I would have been reviewing LSR currently.
