Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the course curriculum 8 out of 10. Curriculum has many practical classes. Professor can use more flow charts during lecture that can help us to understand the lecture better. Exams are held very frequently and the difficulty level is moderate to hard .
Fees and Financial Aid
Semester wise fees are around 7000 This amount is same for every category. No scholarship is provided by the college but state government gives a scholarship of 60k in a year. The admission fees of the college is 6000 it includes library fees & other fees
Campus Life
Campus life is good. campus is big enough and it has a football ground a basketball court. There are lots of books available in the library. Sport facility also decent. The annual fest of maharaja jitendra narayan medical College is known as ALTHEON
Hostel Facilities
Hostel fees are very less only 12 rupees per month. Meal quality in canteen and mess is decent. In the time of admission hostel will be allotted. Hostel buildings are newly constructed so hostel rooms are very good
Admission
I've applied for kolkata medical College, Ipgmer &sskm college kolkata,RG Kar medical College but my rank isn't good enough to get these colleges. Admission process is very much simple you've to participate in state councelling in wbmcc website then if you're allotted yhis college then you're to verify your documents and college authority will confirm your admission.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio is preety good because we've only 100 students in our batch.It is very beneficial for us. Anatomy and biochemistry and physiology faculty is best. Exams are moderate to hard level.
