Apart from a ragging free campus and student-friendly environment, Mandya Institutes of Medical Sciences in Karnataka also provides some other facilities which are listed below:

• Hostel: There is a hostel facility available for boys and girls. There are 154 rooms in each Hostel 2 students per room with Recreation Room facility, kitchen mess and contains a House Library (Proposed) and all the necessary amenities, etc.
• Hospital/medical facilities: MIMS College & Hospital has a Bed Strength of approximately 650. Other facilities available are the Intensive Cardiac Care Unit (ICCU), Medical ICU, Respiratory, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, AC Labor Ward, Regional Diagnostic Lab.
• Library: Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences has a fully Digital and Central Library with a seating capacity of 200. This Library has more than 9000 Books in different areas and subjects and an E-resource facility with Internet broadband (Wi-fi) connectivity is also available here.
• Auditorium: The auditorium is well ventilated and quite spacious with a large number of comfortable seating arrangements. It can easily accommodate 500 people at a time.
• Labs: The college has Hi-Tech Laboratories for students to apply their theoretical knowledge practically and to conduct experiments.
