What Students Say
Likes
- Faculty and the way the college conducts their presentations and exams is commendable
- Presentations have a determined format of how one is supposed to enter corporates in future
- The classrooms and infrastructure motivate us to go to the college
Dislikes
- Attendance wasn’t completely compulsory all along so i missed out on college life
- The quota system during admissions must be removed
- There must be more fests and activities as to attract students
Course Curriculum Overview
The relevance and ease considering i'm a CA Aspirant made me incline towards this course. It is beautifully designed in line with professional courses. The frequency of exams is semi annually along with self learning evaluations and internal assessments.
Internships Opportunities
The projects and placements highly depend on an individual's inclination and willingness so as to be a part of the college but as far as one could think from EY to the mid sized firms, there are approximately 50-60 firms coming to college annually for placements.
Placement Experience
Many companies like EY, GT, BCG and other famous firms have come to our college and the placement opportunities are really good since they make it a point to plot almost every student who has applied through the committee.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for the first year were set at INR 9500 inclusive of registration charges whereas they increased to INR 11000 in SY and rose up to INR 13000 in TY. All my batchmates had the same fee structure for general quota. Financial aid's are available to SC/ST's/ OBC's and students who have lost the earning hand of the family.
Campus Life
Overall I find my college to be acing every area so far. Be it academics or sports, the college is holding a certification of excellence in whatsoever it participates. From fests like malhaar and umang to our own fest, we've never been let down.
Admission
Previously being a student at NM college, i did not really struggle with getting into HR college since my marks were very good and i good easily get in based on merit scores and lists. The cut off for general quota was 86%
Faculty
The faculty is honestly less as compared to the number of students. There are 1100 students at present in my batch and barely 20 teachers which are not sufficing the batch strength. The best sir ever is Naveen Punjabi. His outlook on teaching is the best. There are 6 semesters throughout the 3 year programme where in we've exams every 6 months. The passing percentage is as good as 90%
