There are multiple centre of excellence at the college.
Having different courses expands your knowledge.
A good university for forensics science and cybersecurity

Dislikes

The hostel at the college campus is very small and getting accomodation there is really difficult
The city of gandhinagar where it is located is really quiet after 8
Eating everyday at the mess is quite costly

Course Curriculum Overview

Course includes many programming languages due to which it becomes quite relevant to what the industry expects from you. There is a scope for improvement in the curriculum and i hope the university is working on it so that it becomes even better.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Placement Experience

As far as I know the first batch of our course will pass out in 2026 but the placement for mtech cybersecurity is quite good with median at 13lpa and min 8lpa. The highest placement till date is around 67lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

As it is an integrated course the fees for bachelors and masters is different. The fees during the first 3 years is 65000 per semester and during the next 2 years it is 90000 per semester. Security deposit and examination fees are not included.

Campus Life

Infrastructure is quite good at our college. Library includes every book required and the place for self study is quite small but it's good. There are very less clubs tho. Several fests are held throughout the year.

Admission

Admission for this year was through nfat and jee mains both. I specifically selected this college due to the course of cybersecurity and bachelors in cse which is my area of interest since my childhood

The course is quite relevant to the industry. Faculty members are also good. There are 4 exams during each sem. Ta1 midsem ta2 and endsem. Ta1 and 2 are both 25 marks each whereas midsem is 50 and endsem 100

LIfe and Learning at PDEU

Placement Experience:

At PDEU, students become eligible after the 7th semester for the campus placements . Many top companies like IBM, Cognizant, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , TCS and many more. the highest package that went in my batch was 13-20 LPA whereas the average package is 7-8 LPA as per the company and profiles. Mostly 80-85%of the students got placed every year. Some students also goes for the higher studies or for their family bussiness.My plan after getting the degree is to join a AI/IoT company at better package.

My college provide internship and placement from 3rd year of course and student must not have any pending backlog in placement cell. There is many company come for recruitment if i give some name is torrent power, TCS, E infochips, adani power many. I applied to MHCET colleges and also NLUs but having a relatively higher rank for tier-1 NLUs for UR category, the MHCET colleges having high reservation, I could make it in both of them. Also there were some colleges in Delhi too but NFSU had a lot of exposure, institute of national importance status and a growing name in every field, so I chose this college over other. The admission is on the basis of CLAT Rank, for the UR category the cutoff goes upto 5000 and Reserved category even higher. The admission experience was very easy.
