Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is a bit flexible and will get more leiusure time to explore other things. But there is a need of priortising technical skills in curriculum. Also the teaching methods can be more interactive and the difficulty level of exam is simple to moderate level
Placement Experience
The placements are decent in the college. At the Start of final year students are eligible for sitting in placements. Almost ,90 out of 120 students in our class got placed and highest package is around 11lakhs Companies like reliance, jsw, upl comes to placements
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fee per year is one lakh thirty five thousand rupees and for hostel and mess it wil bes almost 60000 per year and at the time of admission, extra admission fee, caution fee deposit fee of almost 20000 should pay. But there will be fee remission depending upon the category and annual income of parents . For sc and st students there will ne no tuition fee. If the annual income is less than 1 lakh then for them also there will be no tuition fee. Every year the fee structure is increasing. We can also apply to private and some government based scholarships
Campus Life
There are mainly two fests one is mindbend the technical fest and sparsh the cultural fest and also in between there will be other events happening gor various festivals. The library facilities are very vast and there are so many students clubs for music dance acting sports
Hostel Facilities
Some hostels are good and some are not, In some hostels single sharing and in some double sharing rooms will be given with cot, study table The meal quality is not good and there is no non veg at all. Every year we have to register for a new hostel
Admission
For getting admission in nit, we have to qualify jee mains exam and after that based on our rank we get colleges through josaa counselling. For getting into IIT we also have to qualify jee advanced. But I didn't go through it.
Faculty
For each semester, there will be midsem and endsem including assignments and quizzes, the total marks for exam will vary depending upon the faculty. The faculty to students ratio is good and there is good relationship among students and faculty
Night Life
There is no strict restriction on going out and in of the campus. We can go and come at any time. The gym is a bit smaller one but with good amenities There are so many places in and out of campus to explore and have fun
