Nirma University is a brand name!!

ECE teaches the most complex things of engineering and therefore I took this on my chin as I wanted to be special up for it. From communication to building devices and providing services our college course had it all.

In chup building and designing it's mostly the startups and that is where I wanted to do intenrships. Our college luckily got some of those names and I got the internships after clearing the interview rounds.

At Nirma, from Jio Communication to Airtel many telecom and telecommunications service providing companies come for placements. Unfortunately or sadly our department don't have placements of highest stature and therefore we had to contain with a salary of 40-50k initially.

Fees at Nirma University is 2.5 lakhs a year and it has increased from 2.2 to 2.5 till the final year. College has scholarships and schemes. Hostels are also there but since i don't live in college facilities I just have to pay the college and examination fees.

There are adequate facilities and each department has their own building. For technical courses there are four buildings and for rest all department there is one building each. Over 100 acres campus full of greenery and plants. Every college here have their own event like for engineering we have our event called Aarambh.

I applied at PDEU and I had admissions from there. However, Nirma is one of the best private universities of Gujarat and not just for engineering but for management and law as well. So, I got admission here based on my JEE performance and I am happy that I got admission here.

Since we are a private university and our faculties set the papers the papers are set so easy that we don't feel any pressure of academics. Our faculties teaching is to the task and mind you all are brilliant in their task of teaching. Mam Nandini Sharma teaches the core subjects and is everyone's apple.

Sabarmati River Front is not that far and that's main attraction of our college. We also have many eateries just outside our university which is close to SG Highway. Fun Blast is also right next to our university and then there's Cricket Grid also very near to our university.
