There is a university mall inside the campus where students can do varous things
The campus is a wide area so students can explore in free time

I think the tree plantation and green covering should be increased a bit

Course Curriculum Overview

As in btech conputer science and engineering cse The main focus is on software subjects but some hardware subhects are also tought which is irrelevant of course Teaching methods are basically through ppts

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 1500000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Every sem fee was around 175000 And yearly it was around 350000 And in the last year it is slightly less For the other categories like sc st it is also lesser than usual Various scholarship such as poor student and sc/st is available

Campus Life

Various fests are organises such as technical and musical Various singers come in the campus evey month Technical events such aa hackathon are conducts time to time There are inter deppt spots meet are organised and different different clubs are there

Admission

I applied in various colleges such as gndu nit In NIT i was getting admission in chemical engineering and in gndu i was getting the same course But i chose lpu because it was nearest and found it overall good

There is approx 70-80 students in a section and they are quite approachable through their contact or text As we know some people are good and some are bad it happens everywhere We have mid term and end sems

Brief About NITJ

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in their final year (7th semester). only a few companies made no offers. I can recall only 1 name Nation with NAMO. highest package in Civil branch was 14LPA. Average is 6LPA. for all branches highest was 42LPA with average 12 LPA. placement % is 60-80 among all branches which is improving every year. I am planning for higher education.

True experience of a SLIET Student

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I was interested in Robotics and my parents wanted me to take a core branch. The curriculum is not very relevant but some topics are good and related like modern welding technologies and manufacturing techniques. I think our college curriculum needs to be updated where more new world technologies like AR and VRs should be taught with advance robotics. Teaching methods used are classical I think professors should try to use smart classrooms to visualise the concept to make it better understandable. Exams are moderate level but I think our college needs to reduce exam frequency although we have time but due to exams nearly every month it doesn't feel good.

Placement in our college is shown to be 100 percent, but I think the academics of this college are so hard and strong to pass that most of the children do not get to sit in the placement, so maintaining the cgpa is most important
