Likes

Basic facilities for students are some poor in quality
But a good infrastructure is there still some bad also

Dislikes

Food quality is very poor so i don't like the food much
Roads inside campus is very worst that is make way for accidents

Course Curriculum Overview

The course taking reason is that i think for following my passion as to reach as a teacher a good teacher in the teaching field. I wshi i could make it by taking this course. Now iam im 2 nd year the difficulty level is more than compared to last year.

Class Size: 28Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Now iam studying in 2 nd year iam not completed any type of internships next year i will probably. As of i know feom my seniors they have taken internships from some better places. They are taking good experience and university also providing well.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Per year 25000 fees, like odd semester 22000 and even 3000. The fee has increased by last academic year because of the implementation of NEP. The has highly increased. Scholarships are available through the marks.

Campus Life

The main thing that can we make from this university is to become more active with peoples and social activities. Many student clubs are there and many associations to make socially interactive with peoples.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are more good compared to all the other universities we can found nearly. Hostel rooms and other availability of things are ok but the food from mess is the major issue facing by the students in this university

Admission

Nowiam a student in Pondicherry university as 2 nd year bsc honors. This college make me feel better from other colleges is to make it proud me as iam studying in a central university and the infrastructures and facilities available here.

Faculty

Faculties are very much quality ones but the teaching styles are making some students in trouble but also some good quality teaching staffs also there. Exam are ongoing correctly but the marking system is very tight.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is good here. But it has been changed for us That is little bit tough actually. The curriculum is really helpful for real world access. I had improvement in the areas of physical chemistry and inorganic chemistry because of new curriculum

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements and the average package is around 5 lakhs per annum. The students getting placements are low here from my observation and I think it would be better to go for higher studies or get jobs from outside. There are however many famous companies that come here.

Remarks:

Every college has their own good and bad side and I wish give positive remarks as I get to learn lot and lots of experience knowledge. which I don't think I will get this from some other place. gang of friends. University life is different from college life. you will have your own rules. you can go wherever you want and whatever you need to study you have vast departments and careers opportunitiez.

The college building is the old one so it is not good for studying, the students are not get controlled by informing the academics to their parents or guardians.

You are eligible to join a course in the ug level if you have a minimum of 55% in 12th grade with eligible subjects and also considering your cuet ug exam score. There is a reservation for obc, sc/st, pwd, residents of pondicherry union territory, etc. The problem with the admission process was that they gave out the notice on 21 Aug 2023 to report there on 23 Aug 2023 which is obviously not possible but they thankfully extended the date.
