College Life

College is good the only thing is that the College is far from the main highway and have to walk so far. Second thing is that it has no campus. And the ground is far. So we can't able to sit or enjoy well.

This course is good for the students who wants to have carrear in laboratory or research fields. The theory part little bit lengthy and to pass in every subject. You should attend labs and the lectures to get all the details of that subject. If you study daily and have mind to have good career in biosciences u should study well.

Till now my College didn't provide any placement or jobs opportunities. They is no internship. I asked the teacher regarding to this, they told me by the new year they will provide internship for the new students and also have the seminar regarding the placements and calls the companies for providing jobs for the pass out students.

In my College arts day , College day, competition event day are held on the month of February and march. Then there is celebration of Onam in College. All the student union are present there and participate in that events for this day.

The fee for bioscience department is more than the other departments. For bioscience the fee varies from 20000-30000. Then the bsc courses are expensive and ba course are little bit feasible. Every one can afford it

There is nothing provided for students. We have only the central and state scholarship and College didn't provide any scholarship or loan facility. All is done by our own. The College should provide it

The is a team for football from our College. The workshop are held once a year. Religion equality is there. All are living there peacefully and respect each religion. There is no racism seen yet. Political influence is more in this College and SFI is always there to rule.

Senior are good and helpful.some of them are close to use and provide all the help and things we needed. There is no ragging issues held now. But there is small type of interaction towards the juniors also.

I alone go to take my admission for bsc biotechnology in Nellikuzhy Kothamangalm in Kerala. it's my native place so I thought to take close to my place. I had a interview for taking admission. I showed my certificates and they agreed to give admission. Then I called my parents for the admission procedure. Then after 2 day I got recruited and I payed the fee. The fee was about 22000 which is less comparitively lesser than the fee for this course in North India. I was lucky to have admission in less amount.

Till now the faculty of our College is average and I am happy till now. The lab facilities is poor and the equipment's are not there at all. Some of the instruments are broken either or not working. We have gone to principal for this purpose but still it's not done.
