Freedom and night life and diversity of campus
Cultural programs and annual fests happening every month
Freedom to roam around and go outside whenever u want and come

Dislikes

Understaff departents lead to delay of classes
Management and administration can be tricky to handle
Mess food is not so good and shops are too far and inside canteens are expensive

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is good and labs are important part of it and it gives u good knowledge about the subject and topic exams are scheduled on time and sometimes get delayed also and events and workshops gives you good knowledge

Internships Opportunities

There are less internship and placement opportunities here but u can apply outside and can get help from ur professor and get recommendation letter from them and u can get stipend also and in departments have less opportunities .

Placement Experience

Placements are less in our department mostly management and computer science department get placement but u can appear for placement and you have to study for urself and teachers will be helping you for ur placement

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee is usually around 55000 including mess hostel and tuition for 1st year and 45000 from next year onwards and there is scholarship from states for sc st OBC students and rom nsp also and there is University scholarship for top scorers also everysemester from everycourse

Campus Life

There are many festivals and deparmental fests happening every month onam and Pongal and holi are big highlight of University and there are stadiums and many sports tournaments happens and marathons also and there is astronomy club and reading clubs

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are bit conjested but infrastructure is new and modern they accomodate 3 people in 2 seater rooms and there is lift and whatercooler and guards who don't intervein in ur life and there is no time boundation in entry and exit and mess food is average and they give 2 days chicken and 2 days egg

Admission

I only got selected in this central University and the admission was easy I arrived in university in morning and went to department and I got my admission approved and they sent me to hostel office with a form provided and then I went there and got my hostel within half and hour after paying mess and hostel fee . You need to give cuet exam in specific domains to get admission

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is acceptable and and faculties and staffs are easily approachable and classes are interactive there will be 2 internal tests and practical and one final exam for every semester

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am not impressed any curriculum of that college. That is girls college,feel free so only I choose that college. Otherwise curriculum is good. They give more teaching methods that is very helpful for dull students.

"Pondi is the best"

Placement Experience:

Among the ten semesters of the complete course after 4th year (7-8 semester) we are eligible for campus placements. The average package for students from company is almost 5 lakh per annum. 10 percentage among the students are only getting placements. After completing degree and post graduation I want to increase my teaching skills and want to move forward based on that.
