College review of VJTI

I have choosen electronics engineering, I think faculty is not too good. College needs to upgrade faculty and also the management to improve the course structure of the college. Exams are not too difficult

I am studying in 1st year right now , but seniors says that placements are up to the mark . For my branch the average package was around something 11lpa and for cs and it it was around 18-19 lpa which is good

Overall college fee-78051 for ews category Hostel fees-22710 Mess-44000 The tution fee varies from category to category. For general it is around 85k , for obc the fees is around 40k and the hostel and mess fee is same for everyone

The overall campus and hostel life at VJTI is calming. There are 2 grounds for sports, so u can refresh yourself. Also u can visit the places like gateway of India, Marine drive , Juhu beach and other things to explore

The infrastructure of hostel at vjti is not so good for 1st year students because it is too old . But being a govt college this is normal and fess is not much high. But biggest problem is 4 students have to accomodate in single room

I was getting chemical engineering at NIT Surat, and also top branches in North eastern nits , but I wanted to give priority to location , branch and college so I thought electronics at VJTI will be right combination

As of every govt college, the faculty is just ok ,not so good . They just mean for their business to comes and teach. But seniors are really helpful. But u need to do go bonding with some faculty for your marks
