- The college course affordability as being a 100% government funded college the overall course fee per year was less tha 10thousand
- The campus environment where students from all over the country come and engage together in college events and functions which gives a person different perslectives that helps in overall development.
- The cafes in and around the campus which served tasty food and were mostly pocket friendly.Being in northcampus i found many such cafes.
Dislikes
- Old buildings of the college which are not fixed
- Availability of drinking water as there is scarcity of water in delhi.
- Window system as we have to go to multiple windows for any administrative work
Course Curriculum Overview
My course was BA(prog.) And i choose this course as i wanted to diversify my subjects and not stick to just one subject.The exams for this course happen in semester phases and are mostly easy just have to write more
Fees and Financial Aid
My year wise fees for the course of BA programme was ?9500 also i got the college hostel for a fee of ?50000 per year.No other fees except the college fee is taken for any other thing.Fee structure of all courses is mostly the same being a government college it does not charge much fee.The schlorship you can we at a national level is PMSSS.
Campus Life
The fest is held every year and there are many events ither than fest such as fresher, farewell and many more.There is a library having almost every book you need during the course.There are many societies and clubs like ncc,rotary club,etc
Hostel Facilities
To get admission in the college hostel is an extremely difficult process as you need to get the highest percentage in 12th class as there is only 1-5 seats per course.Quality of food provided in the hostel is nice and even have non veg on saturdays.After hostel i rented a room in hudson lane gtb nagar.
Admission
I choose kirorimal college as in delhi university we have cut off lists and i got admission in the third cut off list.I wanted to get admission in the hindu college but was nit having enough perecentage.
Faculty
Faculty is mostly available for the students in the staff room we can go directly and talk to them also specific semester the faculty changes.I liked khattar sir and i dindt like gourav sir(political science).
