The college is very good for many prospects. The management team is doing its work nicely.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college is under Dibrugarh University and hence the course curriculum is provided by the University. The exams are also conducted by Dibrugarh University. Exam structure consists of two-semester exams each academic year along with seasonal exams.

Placement Experience

There is no on-campus placement from the college. I am not aware of any placements from the college in the past.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The admission fee at odd semesters are around Rs.3500-5000 and at even semesters it is around Rs 500. It is much cheaper than any other college which provides the same courses. There are no other expenses besides the admission. The fee structure is not expensive at all.

I have not opted for any scholarship or education loan. No education loan is provided for admission.

Campus Life

Situated in a calm place beside the historic Joysagar tank. Various extracurricular activities like sports week are held in the college. A new indoor stadium is being built. The students of this college have been very active in various competitions.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is not so strong. They are not active. But alumni meetings are held sometimes once 2-3 years.

Admission

The college admits students through marks got in HS. No entrance exams are conducted for admission into the college. The admission starts generally after the results of HS exam are out each year. After the fill up of forms by the students the admission is done by offline counseling.

The faculties are qualified in various fields. Each department has 5-10 faculties. The faculties are very helpful towards the students. They take special care of each student. The classes are commenced regularly by each faculty. The facilities are also related to various research projects.

True aspects on a University

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed the course as I actually liked it coz I have studied it in class 11 and 12 and want to study more in the field of data analytics. But here we didn't get much exposure to real world applications as we just ended our first sem but expect to get more in future . We also want immediate internships such that we can work on our skills so far as possible. I choosed the course because I dont have so much money to study for btech and all and also I didn't prepare for jee or neet so, the next thing come is mind is bsc that is in botany or zoology as I liked bio more than any other subjects. Yaa by reading botany I can know many things about plant and trees. The improvement that they can do is release a book according to the syllabus by the university and also add few more new teachers such that student can be friendly with them and ask their doubt . For me I think exam timing should be done... Like one before durga puja and one around December . And the difficulty level should be easy .

Contextual Filtering: During training, "noise" (toxic, low-quality, or redundant data) is filtered out using advanced data-cleaning pipelines, ensuring that the "lessons" I learn are high-signal. 2. Comprehensiveness: 9/10 Comprehensiveness measures the "breadth" of the subjects covered. Course Curriculum Overview:

I love computer. And in future I want to be a developer so opt this integrated cource that will complete by BSC and MSC in one go . The respected teachers and senior will also help me in my difficulties as well . The and internships that are provided will also work as a part of experience . The learning experience will be much better then every classrooms are provided with smartboards . AC will be also a good option as the students have to travel for 1hr in bus before the class starts . The semester happens twice every year and 2-3 internals are conducted as well before each semester. Though the exams aren't that hard as it is mostly based on classwork.

The Sibsagar college life

I also applied to JB college,Jorhat. And get seat in there also.But i come here because its environment is so good and i like to go far for college life. Jb college is near my home but Sibsagar college is far. So i come here and also get the opportunity to stay in hostel. The admission process of our college is very simple. If you have name on merit list the come to student go to the place where admission is going on take form and fill up. And done. The eligibility for this course was 70% and I got 76% so yeah eligible for it. The application form can be found at the college website, and there were no fees, I think. I don't fall into the reservation category, so idk about that. It is good for students if the exams are frequent. 2 sessional exams before the end-of-semester exam.
