Course Curriculum Overview
The pedagogy is really different from other institutions as IIMs run on a case study teaching method. Further, there's a relative marking concept that pushes students to participate in class and compete with each other.
Placement Experience
The average package of IIM Trichy is 20 lakhs per annum, The big 4 consulting firms and top brands visit the campus. The highest package can be up to 50 to 60 LPA. IIM Trichy is known for it's placement in Finance and HR domain
Fees and Financial Aid
It's a top tier institute for which you need to crack CAT and score at least 95+ (UR Category) for getting admission here further there will be GD/PI rounds. The year-wise fee structure for tuition fees was 9 lakhs and mess fess was nearly 20000 for each semester (consisting of 3 semesters per year),
Campus Life
the campus life is perfect you have parties, sports events, festival celebrations and so much. Furthermore, there are so many clubs and committees in which you can engage. They also have a big event (4 Days) called Sangram where IIM B ,IIM V IIM K and IIM T competes with each other. The best thing about the Tier 1 Institues like these is you get a lot of support inside campus as well as in the corporate as well,
Admission
the admission process at my college is simple you need to crack CAT and participate in GD and PI and then there's an offer letter from the institution for admission. If you aren't selected then you are waitlisted for admission in further rounds. I couldn't make it to old IIMs as my work experience is not up to the mark.
Faculty
faculty to student ratio is really good, there are only top-notch faculties in these IIMs, even there are visiting faculties who are independent directors of big firms. Some of the prominent names of faculties there are Sajeet Pradhan, Abhishek Totawar , Viny Shetty , SPA, etc.
Interview Experience
Yes, I had Interviews with some IIMs and other colleges, the interview experience was great and for the preparation part I read from Google that's it. It was really a great experience as the panelists I faced mainly focused on your workex, knowledge about the domain you want to get into and your communication skills
