I preferred MBA because i need to gain knowledge about business and managing skill, Where it can help me in future for my own business! But why i have Choose ISSM is because their teaching method is very interesting and i'm a student prefer to practical class rather the theory books! and even they provide Dual Degree at low fees structure. So ISSM provides that so i joined ISSM.

The college provides strong internship opportunities starting from the early semesters, helping students gain practical exposure before final placements, with reputed companies such as Wipro, TCS, ICICI Bank, Airtel, and Deloitte offering internships in roles like Marketing Intern, HR Intern, Finance Analyst Intern, Business Development Executive, and Operations Intern, with stipends typically ranging from ?5,000 to ?20,000 per month depending on the company and role; during these internships, students work on real-time projects such as market research, digital marketing campaigns, sales analysis, customer relationship management, financial analysis, and business strategy planning, and the outcomes of these projects include improved analytical skills, better communication, hands-on industry experience, and in many cases, pre-placement offers based on performance, making internships a valuable part of the overall learning experience.

The placements at ISSM Business School are excellent, with students becoming eligible from the final semester and nearly 100% placement achieved, as top companies like Wipro, Accenture, TCS, and Deloitte visit the campus offering roles across various domains, with packages ranging from around ?6 LPA to ?29 LPA and an average of about ?13.6 LPA, and after completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job through campus placement and grow professionally in my chosen field.

Campus LIfe is too good and very fun here, They didn't only focus only on studies, They even give us chance to explore new things and allow us to do achive our sports career and even they conduct OBT and Sports day and many event where it enhance your skills sets. The even take us to International Trips and Industrial Visits and Domestric Trips and Industrial Visits.

I have searched for long day in online for colleges, After somedays i got news about the B-schools for MBA and my focus turned to it and i started research on it. Though by career path is not in a straight line because my schooling were in bio-math, my ug was defence and now i'm in MBA. If i need to enter some other B-schools i must need huge scores in XAT/ MAT/ CAT/CUET. But in ISSM they to even cheak this scores but they have a special enterence exam(psychometric test) for us to join in thier to check whether we are capable or not!

The faculty members are extremely approachable, supportive, and highly knowledgeable in their respective subjects, which makes the overall learning experience truly enriching. Every faculty member so far has been excellent in both teaching and mentoring, always ready to guide students patiently. Whenever we face difficulties or challenges in understanding concepts, they put in extra effort to simplify the topics and make them easy to grasp, ensuring that no student is left behind. Their teaching methods are clear, practical, and student-friendly, which helps build confidence and deeper understanding. Another unique and impressive aspect of ISSM is the open and friendly management culture. Students are given the opportunity to directly interact with top authorities such as the Managing Director, Principal, and Placement Head. Whenever we feel the need to discuss ideas, concerns, or seek guidance, we can easily schedule an appointment and meet them without hesitation. This level of accessibility is rare and creates a very positive, transparent, and motivating environment for students, making us feel valued and heard at every stage of our academic journey.

Their is no Gym, Cafeterias in our college but around our campus all off them are available. We enjoy our evenings after college in KC Food Street! Tea shops, Gaming centers and trufs. In our weekend we hangout with our friends and even we can ask our principal to join us if he is free on that time. We have like Cricket with Principal, Truf Time with Principal, Night hangouts with Principal. So my College Campus Life is much different than others!!
