Course Curriculum Overview
Caricullam of the course is well defined as per the industry standards and prepares the students for the job in the market. Exams are very frequent and prepare the students to handle challenges for the outside corporate world
Internships Opportunities
Internship can sometimes be tough but one must feel left out in case he/she is placed late. Top companies come to the campus such as Amazon, JP Morgan, BCG, Bain and Company and various startups also visit the campus.
Placement Experience
Within 4 months of getting admission to the college, we are monitored and prepared for the internship process which includes CV preparation and mock interviews with empanelled placement organizations. Soon after the summer internship, we were prepared to face the final placement interviews with companies coming every week. By February of the graduating batch, 80% of the batch get placed and by April 100% placement of the institute is achieved.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees are par with the average placement salary of the batches and there are easily available loan options upon securing admission. The institute offers various merit-based scholarships including government schemes. Campus placement for the institute is 100 percent for the batch
Campus Life
Campus life is fun starting the day when we wake up for breakfast with unlimited options and every week quiz competitions and events are organized on the campus. Sports and gyms are available 24/7 and the infrastructure is world-class, and not to forget the impressive library. There are 30-plus sports, academic and cultural clubs of the institute.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is single occupancy however it might have changed due to an increase in batch size. The hostel mess menu includes South Indian and North Indian cuisine. Hostel fees are included in the tuition fees and the mess is quite affordable.
Admission
Eligibility of the course is as per the CAT admission notification and reservation as per the government of India norms and the CAT Curriculum includes a written exam, Written Aptitude test, Group Discussion, and Interviews. one must prepare oneself to answer in the interview and be honest
Faculty
The faculties are all well trained and can understand the students and corporate needs outside and IIM Trichy is well known for its finance faculties and finance companies visiting the campus and offering lucrative placements. IIM Trichy faculties are available to students anytime.
Interview Experience
The group discussion includes various current issues and one must be open-minded to such group discussions then for the written aptitude test, one must include facts and data to substantiate his/her stands. For personal interviews, one must be confident and not shy away.
