Good environment with good library facilities.
Echo friendly nature with garden and playground.
Close compact buildings with lift facilities.

Dislikes

The area is too much small, may be a bigger will be good.
More sports activity sholud be run on the academic year
The canteen sholud be bit large, it too congested.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is too much new to the area. As a biomedical engineering students people have no awareness around here. Everyone ask about it how is the course. What will happen next. But last years make me confident about my course

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 112000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship are provided by the faculty and there connections. In biomedical the alumni are here in kolkata they provide vast knowledge in the field and they help one another to get internship in firms hospitals.

Placement Experience

College provide good placement every year all most every one gets a job may be not a high paying but TCS, wipro, capgemini recruitment happens here also Accenture. Thus in our biomedical field ???? placement offers.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fee is 483000. On the first year they take 75000 and 65000 each and then they collect 56,500 each semester. They caution money is 10000 returnable. They provide scholarship as ews and as well as the state scholarship program.

Campus Life

Overall experience is vast and the locality is also good nature. The people are here helpfull. Though college have no hostel. Pg mess are available within short range so the students can be here. With good facilities.

Admission

I want to study biomedical engineering and apart from the college only JIS provide the course. But NSEC have a bit extra infrastructure rather than any other. They have vast experienced facilities who help the students.

Faculty

The faculty are awesome and they provide bit extra care to the students. Sometime they provide notes for the class students for revision purposes. And they hear the students problems and react according to them.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Okay college and decent placement

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is same as all low 3 tier colleges which is nearly 4-5 lpa average salary given by mass recuitor companies .The companies are infosys , ltimindtree , accenture , ibm , capgemini , cognigent , etc .The placement rate is nearly 60 to 70 percent.

Placements are normal, doesn't give very good placements but tcs and wipro visits and recruits lots of people. In 2024 tcs alone recruited 250 students from our college and other companies comes as well, mostly mass recruiters

Heritage Institute of Technology: A Detailed Observation

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements from third year that is after 5th semester. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and IBM are amongst the mass hirers. Almosy 80 percent of the students get placed every year and the top 10 percent of the students receive high paying job offers. The average package is around 4.86 LPA and in 2023, the highest package was 16 LPA and in 2022, the highest package was 44 LPA. Talking about my future plans, I wish to pursue my masters abroad after completing my undergraduate course here.

Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

Placement Experience:

Despite the low fee structure, my college provides a good placements. Almost every student of CSE Dept who sit for placement, gets the placement between 4lpa - 6lpa. Last year the highest package was ?12 lpa. ECE department has the lowest percentage of placements. And other engineering departments have between 60-70% placement. All the mentioned above is the description of in campus placement. Not many students of my college opt for out campus. But if they do, they get good placements as per the reports. In 2021 a student secured the job in Microsoft, with the placement of ?45 lpa (out campus).

I scored around 92 %ile in my JEE mains in 2022 and particupated in counselling. In my JEE mains counselling. I was not allotted a good college I was allotted some of the Government colleges like Assam University but I preferred come going to a private college over going to a college which is in north east or far from my home and even not that famous at a rank of 77000 I was allotted IT in this college.
