Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of information technology is highly revealed and comprehensive . One specific aspects to choose information technology is it is great course. The frequency and timing is we had tests weekly and they are quite interesting.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 192000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many internship opportunities available from 1 year only students just have to pay attention to their college mails. There are many companies including nvidia, Microsoft, vipro etc. are given by campus placement

Fees and Financial Aid

My tution fee is 192000, and it kept increasing every year. My complete education cost of degree will be 768000. As of now i dont have any scholarship for education. But there is campus placement so it is worth it.

Campus Life

My overall experience with campus life was best. We had vishwakarma tech festival where all tech related events happed. I took participate in sports club. Our library is quite large and has vast amount of books. There are many clubs of extracurricular activities like event management, sport, dance etc

Admission

The admission process was quite hard. The cutoff for the Information technology course went to 98.6 per cent. I hired a counsellor for my addmission so he suggested me this college. There are reservation benefits. The addmission process shouldn't be on basis of percentage.

Faculty

The faculty to students ratio is quite good . Every student can interact with faculty. The teaching faculty Is quite good their approach to teaching and mentorship is showing on result. We can interact with teachers any time in working days.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The part of the curriculum that inspired me to take up this course is definitely applied mathematics as engineering has a lot of math integrated in it and helps the student to improve his/her logic and problem solving skills which are very important in today's job market. Some areas where I'd like the syllabus to improve are NEP related subjects like PPS, Indian Knowledge System etc. These courses are not related to the major but are included because of the New Education Policy(NEP). I feel that most of these courses are a complete waste of time and can be replaced by better courses.

Reality of VIT, Pune

I had applied for COEP technological University, PCCOE Pimpri, and VJTI. I got confirmed addmissions in PCCOE for mechanical course , COEP for metallurgy and VJTI for textile industry. At the last, I took addmission in VIT mechanical. VIT, Pune has good nirf rankings and rather than opting for branches like metallurgy and textile industry I choose mechanical. And between pccoe and vit I choose Vit. Vit accepts admission through cet and jee mains. Also dor dsy students it accpets through cet exam. Cutoff changes every year has been increasing as number of participants has increased. Overall, after the allotment of the college it took 3 hours to take addmission.
