- The college also has good connectivity via metro thus easy to reach
- Active cultural societies which gives us ample opportunity to explore ourselves
Dislikes
- Lack of proper placement cell thus student have limited options as a career
- Canteen food not so good and has limited options , over crowded most of the times
- Infrastructure is not good and can be improved
Course Curriculum Overview
Very well structured syllabus. Like i did ba political science and it had direct overlapping with upsc cse syllabus. So helped in simultaneously prepare. However , the practical learning is limited . It can be improved by more active placement cells , youth parliament etc Exams were on time and had good standards of conducting and evaluation
Internships Opportunities
Limited scope of internships and placement especially in art steam like political science. Thus students usually rely on their own . Many here prepare for civil services . However , one can find teachers who are readily available for any such guidance
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes , of late the fee hike was a major issue . Still more than the tuition fee it is the residential/PG that is most costly and hostels aren’t available in the college. Total cost for me was 2 lakh per annum Scholarship are available in the college
Campus Life
A good overall learning experience . Rajnigandha the fest is a talk of the town and has vibrant cultural societies. It is usually held annually. Classroom are well lit , fans and ventilated. Active sports , NCC and other extra curricular activities as well Air conditioner library with varieties of books on various subjects
Admission
Admission was done based on class12 marks. Admission process is very complex with lots of paperwork . But post that it's smooth . Seniors are very helpful as well. Reservation is available. For now Admission is done via CUET exam
Faculty
Well qualified and experienced teachers . Student teacher ratio is good . However the challenges were that many times classes were not regular. Teachers were otherwise very helpful and gave personalised attention to students
