Good for students who are underprivileged but highly motivated.

The course provides good handle of coding subjects and mathematics. Even subjects providing knowledge about electronics is included. The course prepares you for real-world projects and placements. The course could use a better language-based selection of subjects but otherwise it is good. The exams are held in december and may . The difficulty level is mid.

The internship opportunities are offered during the third year of college. The companies like accenture and cognizant hire students with an average stipend of 10k per month. There are simple tasks and projects related to the course curriculum but they might even offer job opportunities if the internship is done well.

The students get internship opportunities after the completion of third year but you can apply for off-campus internships on your own. The placement is offered in the last year by companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture etc. The average percentage of students getting placement are 40% and the average package is 4lpa. My plans after the college is getting masters but before that a job would be good.

The course fees is increasing day-by-day but this college is providing the course at a very reasonable price, hence, it is a good deal for unprivileged people. The fees is around 5 lakhs for the whole course but the college provides scholarships for students who have got above 60% marks is the science subjects. The average package for placements is 4lpa but if you are a deserving student you can get even more.

The college organizes annual fest 'Tarang' in may and others events like freshers and farewell for every batch. The college library provides the course books but even competitive exam books are available. The classrooms lack centralised AC but the classrooms are very old-fashioned. The college has indoor stadium for badminton and a football ground. The college organizes a lot of sports and cultural events like JIS samman and JIS spirit. Coding clubs are available.

The eligibility criteria of the course is rank above 30k in wbjee. The application form is found on the original website of clg and the admission fees is 80k which is included in the course fees, the college takes the application during may-aug. There is reservation benefits for scheduled caste people but I am from general category, so i don't have the experience. The admission could be easier if there were college assistant bots on it's website.

The faculty members are very helpful , especially the core subject teachers. The faculty-to-student ratio is around 10:1. The teaching method is traditional theoretical teaching but during the covid, the teachers were successfully teaching online. The teachers are even helpful for your own personal doubts.
