- SRCC is most premier and prestigious institute in the field of commerce and economics. It has been awarded A++ grade by NAAC. SRCC has lush green lawns, a three floor library, fully air conditioned classrooms, and a huge sports complex.
- Apart from academics SRCC is known for its numerous societies, and the best fests. If you're in SR you'll definitely find a society of your interest. Asia's largest undergrad fest Business conclave is also organised by SRCC.
- SRCC has the best faculty as the teachers are themselves the authors of the books which the entire university follows. In terms of placements, SRCC tops the list by offering the highest package of 35LPA and average package of 10LPA.

- Campus area is less as compared to other colleges of DU due to the limited Courses offered by SR.
Course Curriculum Overview
My interest in accounting, business and finance influenced me to go for this course. The curriculum is designed to prepare you for your future jobs or studies. Frequent advancements are made in the curriculum by incorporating new subjects and value added courses. In each semester we have internal examinations, projects, assignments and the final semester exam.
Internships Opportunities
Around 40-50 companies including Deutsch Bank, HUL, Deloitte, DE shaw, KPMG, EY, JSW etc visit to hire 120+ interns every year. The highest stipend offered is 2.2 LPM. Roles are offered in 15+ sectors including tax and audit, FMCG, Investment Banking, Consulting etc.
Placement Experience
Companies start coming once you enter your final year. 100+ companies from 15+ sectors visit every year providing 500+ offers. Highest package offered every year is around 35lpa and avg package is around 10lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
This entire course will cost you around Rs. 90000/- excluding the accomodation. Usually there are no hikes in the fee. Financial aid and scholarships including laptops are provided to students based on their family income .
Campus Life
There are around 50 societies in SRCC and every society has its own semi annual and annual fest. Semi annual fests are organised in December/January and annual fests are organised in April. Apart from this the Annual fest of SRCC i.e Crossroads is organised in may. Also, Asia's largest undergrad fest Business Conclave is organised by SRCC only. Along with this, many sports tournaments are also organised by SRCC.
Admission
If you wish to pursue B.com honors from SRCC, you need to have a very good score in the CUET UG examination which is conducted every year in the month of May/June. The admission process is fully online so everything goes very smoothly. Previously, admissions were done on class 12th scores. I scored 96% in my 12th board and under the Kashmiri migrant quota, I got into SRCC.
Faculty
The faculty of SRCC has highly educated teachers, most of them holding a doctorate degree. The books that the entire university follows have been/are authored by the teachers of SRCC. Each section has a strength of 40-50 students. To enhance the teacher -student relationship, we have tutorial classes for every subject. Students are divided into groups of 10 and a teacher is alloted to them. This helps the students to clear their doubts and interact with the teachers. If the students have any issues with their teacher, they are free to reach out to the concerned authorities.
