Our college system is good, but it requires more faculties.
Entrance Preview
Referred by friend and dad's office colleagues. It is a new college with good faculty members and laboratory, with lots of chemicals and machinery. The campus is good. There are extracurricular activities in the college. I missed the entrance exam so it was only college offering admission without an exam and on basis of marks of boards.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Council of India recommended syllabus. All the subjects included in the syllabus are completed by using a board and digital study and practical works are done in the laboratory. The teachers are very much able and caring.
Internships Opportunities
No, our college does not give an internship to the students. It is a new college but later they'll start giving internship
Placement Experience
It is a new college and we are the second batch. The first batch had not passed out yet. As a result, no placements could be held till now. But in other departments, different companies come to hire professionals. Since faculty and management are good they'll surely hold a placement camp when the first batch comes out.
College Events
The fashion show, song competition, independence day celebration, world pharmacist day celebration, national pharmacy week celebration, teachers day, earth day, dance competition, drawing competition, recitation, feast, freshers, farewell, drama, quiz.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is a little expensive for students like us, who are not the single child and have one earning member in the family. I personally study on my education loan which I have to pay off as I pass out and get a job. It is on an average 4.5 lacs. Apart from this, there are registration fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, there are scholarships but only for the reserved candidates, but not for deserved ones. But the college assisted a lot to help me get my education loan sanctioned.
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities were good and students put their whole effort in the presence arranged by a college. There is more make in our stream than female. Campus life is good. Till now there are cricket matches held for male students but no sports were arranged for females.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is so-so. The safety level is high. But the quality of food is not that satisfactory. The rooms a small, but the warden and caretakers are very good. They are despicable and take good care of the students and student's needs. The hospitality is also good.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are very helpful. They provide their old project knowledge and guide us. They are very supportive.
Exam Structure
There are three internal exams of 30 marks each before a semester exam, out of which best of two marks are taken and an average is done to make the marks score out of 15 . Rest 75 marks are the semester exam paper and the rest is on class attention, attendance and overall performance.
Admission
By seeing the board exam marks and a short interview by the Head Of Department. Then I deposited the admission fees and semester fees and got admitted. Then a receipt was given. After a few days I submitted the receipt and then I was asked to submit my school leaving certificate xerox, transfer certificate.
Faculty
Faculties are good and hardworking and put effort for the overall improvement of the students. They have a good marriage of their respective subjects. They are very able. Their capability to make the student understand the subject is praiseworthy and satisfying
