Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course which I chose was HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT because I was inclined towards the effective management of people or manpower in any company about their recruitment or the job analysis etc and that has influenced my decision for the course. The teachers give real life examples and makes us perform skits to make us prepared for real life circumstances

Internships Opportunities

2

I have no clue about the internship opportunities as i am still in my first year and the college provides internship in the 3rd year but many students try to find internships on there own and they have gotten it and they earn a handsome amount as their stipend

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Being under UNIVERSITY OF DELHI my college is a government college which makes it really affordable with my course being 12000 per year and the rest course also come around this figure for tution fee. I live in a pg whose rent is 10k per month and along with all the other expenses it comes around about to 15 to 20 thousand rupees per month

Campus Life

3.5

Tatva is the annual fest and whilst I was in the campus many programs have been hosted by individual societies and the student union itself Things like diwali mela and valentines day are also celebrated and there are alot of extra curricular availfor students to join

Admission

the admission process was smooth and it was all online through cuet and samarth website of UNIVERSITY OF DELHI the semesters are for 6 months in which 4 months they teach and for the next 2 months the conduct exams the gaps and study leaves in between exams are huge and the papers are quite easy based on general knowledge and skills of the chosen course

Faculty

4

The faculty is well qualified and the ratio is also good it is 1:60 which is 1 teacher per 60 students for each subject approximately. It makes learning easy as the teachers often look after each students. The teachers not only teach about the subjet but about life as well and are great mentors. Interaction with teachers is very easy as they are readily available in the college campus or they provide with their phone number to contact them in any study or college related problems or emergencies.Overall the teachers are really good and provide with correct information for the exam for regarding the subject and career paths.

I have not visited any companies because of the covid situation which led to online studies. The highest package is about 12 lakhs pa and the average package around 2.5 lakhs pa with around 400 companies visiting the campus for recruitment. Around 70% of the students get placements. I would prefer to do further education and then aim at getting the job I am aiming for.
