The colleges infrastructure is very good and quite large
Professors are very helpful with studies
Both official and unofficial games are frequently organized in the college

Dislikes

There is low student population here so there isnt much interaction with new peoples or students
Since this is only a science college there aren't many extra curricular activities

I have choosen botany. I believed that the curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive. It provides detailed kowledge about plants. the professors are very supportive and always teach updated content which very helpful for practical applications. The curriculum include field trip which enhance our understanding of theoretical concepts

Class Size: 28Course Fees: INR 13805 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of my course is 13805. I know its quite high, but we have to manage. how ever we do get a scholarship that provides us 10000 rupees per year although there are some conditions attached to it. Throughout the entire semester my parents end up spending 30000 - 35000 rupees on me

Campus Life

Annual or technical fests are useless, the library is quite large where many studenst can sit and study together. Books are also available in almost all classrooms. projectors are installed in almost every class. Extracurricular activities are not that special, but sports are quite good in our college. we have a drama club a women's safety club, NCC, and a yoga club.

Admission

The eligibility for this course requires that you have physics , botany and chemistry in your 12th grade with biology being a must. Admission is based on clearing the CUET entrance exam. Colleges are Aalloted based on your rank in this exam. you can find the application form at cuetsamarth.in where the aoolication dates are also provided. Reservation are avaliable for sc,st and obc categories. The entrance exam is based on your 12th grade syllabus.

Faculties are very good in behaivour and also very helpful. they have great personality to attract students to them which make student want to learn from them.they are excellent mentors as well they listen to us personally and provide solutions whether it is related to academics or personal life

Kirori Mal - The way I see it

Placement Experience:

The placements at Kirori Mal College are respectable and are getting better. The fifth semester is typically when students become eligible for campus placements. Numerous well known bussineses like Deloitte, KPMG, EY et. Approximately 50-60% of students are placed through campus drives each year. The average package is approxiamtely 5-7 lakhs per year. After getting the degree I plan on applying for a masters degree in the same field.

The course is good but placement is very bad in the campus. The frequency of exams is 2 hours or 3 hours depends on the credit of that subject. The exam level is of moderate level. We had pass the exam studying 1 week before the exam.

A vibrant college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Aryabhatta College (Delhi University), a new but hustling place

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly
