Course Curriculum Overview
Basically I choose this course because it contains all the subject combination i.e zoology+ botany+ chemistry and at that time I am Lil confused that I should continue neet or not but somewhere it is in my mind that I should give neet a try so I opt for this course coz the syllabus is almost same for biology and chemistry. And my basics got clear coz of this course and the teachers are also supportive.
Fees and Financial Aid
The course fee is 14999 for one year that is okay for a middle class student. But the cost of living in Delhi is very expensive so government should give some scholarship to middle class student in studies along with his/her livingcost so that every student got the opportunity to study from a reputable university and the college should also initiate cash award for scholars so that student got some financial help from the college also
Campus Life
If we talk about Maitreyi then it is very good in celebrating all the cultural fests and all and annual, our college fest and freshers also occur and side by side every month a lot of things happen on the campus and each and every festival in celebrated in our college. And when I talk about books then the Library also has a good collection of books but still, it needs improvement because sometimes you don't have to get new edition books and In terms of sports Maitreyi is one of the best women's colleges because a lot of sports quota student got admission in Maitreyi because it has a large football ground and basketball ground and several other games are also played in our college including weight lifting also And the college environment is so pleasant here and student crowd is also soo good.
Admission
For bsc life science course one should have medical stream(PCB) in 12th class and I got all the updates about admission from the YouTube only by watching several videos also I take regular update from the CSAS portal of DU. And I am from OBC category so basically this help me a lot in my admission process and for me the admission process is good..I have no problem with that!!
Faculty
As I informed you earlier also that in my class there is a large crowd and In this, the teacher can't focus on every student in the class and that's why some student lacks personalized attention from the professor. no doubt the faculty is highly knowledgeable and dedicated but the one-to-one interaction is missing somewhere..but yaa the professor help you a lot when you come in their eyes they pamper you a lot and always guide you.
