Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum was very student friendly and yet it covers a basic to depth knowledge of each and every fundamentals. Overall good curriculum. Final year they mandatorily focuses on projects that helps students.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 7500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As the university is government funded the admission and tuition charges are nominal. The complete education cost is probably near 20k. So any students with basic background can afford it. They have also started providing fresher jobs for fresh pass out students.

Campus Life

The overall experience is very good and the environment is very relaxed. Students can really focuses on their studies. University organizes various cultural functions to freshen students mind. Overall, the infrastructure is very well paced and friendly.

Admission

The admission process was very smooth. The faculty members are all calm and they helps you in the process. This way the chances of any errors or mistakes can be easily avoided. Overall in my experiences the complete admission process for me was very fast and smooth.

Faculty

There are total of 5 experienced teachers in computer science department. The university itself focuses on researches and projects. Overall It is a good place to learn and gain a basic experience of professionalism.

Actually Some of the Local Companies & Private banks Offer placements which are averagely worth 250000/-. Some of the Students appear for it , but the Number is Very less. Actually In Present Circumstances , Most students wants a stable Government, Especially Central Gov job . So they Prepare for exams like SSC , SBI , IBPS, LIC , RRB etc.

Niper Kolkata: from starting to end

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My decision to choose this course depended on the fact that this course provides you with the opportunity to get various jobs in the industries with a high lpa. But this college does not help much in that aspect. All I had to do was myself. It is my humble opinion that the institution should improve its guidance in the area of its teaching methods. The exams were twice a year and were quite difficult on their own.
