Also some scholarships are available for students like single child scholarship and score above cgpa 60% are eligible to apply for scholarship.
The faculty is good and their qualifications are very much impressive and they are supportive too and whenever the students need any guidence or help related to their studies the teachers are always welcoming them with their open arms .
The college conducts the induction programme for our best and also the program for the student who has an interest in sport, drama, dance, and singing they also get the chance to show their talent.

Dislikes

Conditions of fans and lights in many classes is not at all good
The internal number of the faculty is much lower than in other colleges.
The college staff's behavior is behavior is very bad also the teacher's behavior is very bad.

Campus, mess, warden, friends and the other persons
Wifi facility is provided by the university
All friends are very kind hearted and very helpful.

Dislikes

Mobile network problem is too much. All network problem
Eating water is very poor quality and it affects your body.
First few days the weather is very problematic

I want to go out of west bengal and study. And I also want to experience how to live in hostel and how the hostel Life is. That's why I go there. All courses curriculum and teaching methods are already very good. Exam is not so hard.

My Experience at TPI as a 3rd Year Diploma Undergrad

Dicipline among students is maintained throughout the curriculum. College is necessarily strict on curriculum, overall behaviour of students, for the students who came for a change. Good gpa and placement comes out from every batch.
Good placement (companies come and provide pretty solid on campus placements.)
Anti ragging committe is there, College is NBA certified. Big firms come for campus placements.

Dislikes

College infrastructure barely works. WiFi is standard. No network jammers accross campus. Cameras mostly don't get monitored.
Bad quality hostels. Students barely get enough room to surround themselves in a learning environment. Hostel monitoring needs to be improved a lot.
Food in cafeteria is pretty standard. Out of 20 items in cafeteria, only 10 are available that to during lunch break. All the other times, only some drinks and fast foods may be available.

Campus placements are good. Big names are associated with TPI for campus placements. But for Computer Science students, very few companies arrive, that too with very less salaries. (not worth it). It is generally reccomendable if you can do a Btech is come college and work on your skills there, your employbility gets higher. Highest package from Computer Science is 20 LPA (off-campus) and lowest package is 1.8 LPA (on-campus). Generally on campus placements range from 2 to 3 LPA.

Likes

Academic atmosphere is excellent and classes are very regular.
Professional Add on courses are conducted free of cost.
Most classrooms are ICT enabled with Learning Management System and Departmental websites with teaching materials.

Dislikes

Too much emphasise on regular attendance.

Basket ball area . And the faculties are good .
Their practical classes are good . All the teachers are helpfull
Journalism and mass communication department is good . And the campus is beautiful

Dislikes

Too much high fees and unnecessary fees like gym fees
Unnecessary fees like gym fees , lab fees , union fees
I don’t like any political parties that’s why I do not involve with any party in college .

The faculty is kinda friendly with students
Class are on time no or minimum dealay by the teacher
Teacher didn't has any kind of ego in our department of commerce

The counter gys are to harsh with the student
The management of registration is not that good is just terrible
If teacher is absent no information is provided by the college Even in cancelled classes

College is under Ramakrishna Mission so you can imagine the discipline. Fully disciplined college no ragging.

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

In the campus life and the quality of social interaction is very well because of colleges ragging free

Our college campus is full of flowers and gardens our campus has the best gardening freshness and no breathing problem pollution free An incredibly pleasant environment .
Our computer labs and journalism lab , our college library is full of academic books and story books and more competative books , our college has a mandir where everyday swamiji , thakur , sarada ma pujo hon
Our professors are very knowledgeable and experienced helpful and highly qualified, they are very friendly with us they help us if we are not able to understand something they are very polite , also the teach us how to improve ourselves

This is not About dislikes our college has mainly focused on arts studies if our college improves the science and commerce background for students this college will be the best college

From 3rd or 4th sem actually you are eligible from 1st sem if you have the skill that required from the company. My college campuses equal for both boys and girls . We really enjoyed our college

My college main road is very bad . It's not maintained by panchyat
My college outside area is good but small amount of shop for any item like xerox or food

Placement Experience:

5 th semester students are eligible for sit in campus placement. L n T , suzlon , sigma, tata motor etc . 1.7 lakh is highest salary package to my seen . By this college. After diploma course 70 % students My plan complete this course well and get a placement.

The faculties of Zoology, Botany, Chemistry departments faculties are very helpful towards students.
labs in chemistry and botany departments are good and very helpful in our studies.
campus life is quite good, but the improvement is needed.

Dislikes

Zoology department practical facilities is bang average. the room for zoology labs is there but it's too much short and some of the equipment aren't there.
some of the college classrooms are too much short.
Some of the official staffs behave too bad and is too helpful towards students.

The course curriculum is relevent towards competitive exams. Some of my course contents prepares us for real life applications like herbal plants, medicine, kit during survival. smart boards, real life sample, 3D objects should be implemented in classrooms. The exam difficulty level is quite good but the frequency and timing of the exam during 2nd year is too much worse for the students.
