Likes
- The first and foremost thing which I liked about the college is the student friendly environment. Students are free to explore their passion, hobbies, and a vast options of cultural fields as well.
- The college library is a big thumbs up. It is one of the top libraries in the DU, because of its huge resources.
- The classes are fully air conditioned, making it peaceful during summers as well as noise free during lectures.
Dislikes
- The college lacks in indoor sports equipments. No proper sports room is maintained.
- There is no specific auditorium for functions and events. This makes it really tough to organise events.
- Infrastructure is underdeveloped in some areas including some of the blocks where lectures are taken.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is upto the modern requirements as it's not entirely theory based but also as per the ground reality of the current situations. The teaching mode is not just sitting in room and study but also includes activities like group discussions, presentation, etc.
Placement Experience
I am also a part of placement cell of my college generally students are eligible for sitting in the interviews in fifth semester and they get the offer letter in sixth semester the highest package is 18PLA.
Fees and Financial Aid
College comes under the university of University of Delhi so the fee structure and scholarship sanctions are as per the rule of the university, however students who are facing financial constraints can apply for it and can claim some relief.
Campus Life
The annual fest is held in the month of March and the freshers take place in the month of September. The infrastructural amenities in the classroom include air conditioner, tubelights, projectors etc. The library has reading space that is fully air conditioned. The extracurricular activities include sports like football, cricket, volleyball etc. Some of the social groups running in the campus are Enactus, NSS, NCC etc.
Admission
There wasn't any formalities particularly for college admission. After completing CUET and after results students get the preference list and as their scores they will get the college and after that they have to pay the admission amount and get their documents verified on the very first day of the college.
Faculty
Each department has faculties in an efficient ratio of the students. The teaching faculty is highly cooperative and provides support for the performance of the students as they never step back on engaging with students. The faculty members are highly qualified and the curriculum not only provides the theoretical knowledge but also the practical one as well.
