Infrastructure is good, has in campus canteen, good faculty, library, auditorium present

Dislikes

AC should be there at least in library..
Canteen should provide better food and in affordable prices
Washroom should be repaired and water supply should be sufficient all the time

Course Curriculum Overview

I picked zoology because I like the subject and it was my preference. The curriculum would help me in understanding the depths of the subject. Regular exams and tests are also held along with practicals. Assignments and project reports are also given to enhance skills and better understanding of the course.

Internships Opportunities

Various internships are provided by the university. The students should be active enough in gathering information about them and availing the opportunity when it arrives. Considerable stipends are also given to participants.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a fixed fee structure by university of delhi varying accordingly with different courses and colleges. Other than that students also have other expenses including travel fares, housing and food, etc.

Campus Life

Campus life is exciting. Various clubs are there for music, dramatics, dance, art, debate, etc. Various fests are organized on a regular basis where students can participate and socialize. Sports and extracurricular activities are also active.

Admission

The admission process is through CUET exam and then by filling the CSAS form of Delhi University. All the details are provided on the official website of University of Delhi. Allocation of seats are done on various rounds.

Faculty is overall good, interaction is good, they have knowledge in their subjects, overall approach to teaching is nice and mentorship is provided through mentor-mentee meetings which are held at regular intervals.

Kirori Mal - The way I see it

Placement Experience:

The placements at Kirori Mal College are respectable and are getting better. The fifth semester is typically when students become eligible for campus placements. Numerous well known bussineses like Deloitte, KPMG, EY et. Approximately 50-60% of students are placed through campus drives each year. The average package is approxiamtely 5-7 lakhs per year. After getting the degree I plan on applying for a masters degree in the same field.

The course is good but placement is very bad in the campus. The frequency of exams is 2 hours or 3 hours depends on the credit of that subject. The exam level is of moderate level. We had pass the exam studying 1 week before the exam.

A vibrant college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Aryabhatta College (Delhi University), a new but hustling place

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly
