Course Curriculum Overview

The course I am currently pursuing is psychology major , which is super interesting as a subject and I am very keen in learning the complexities of human mind. The curriculum prepares us very well giving real world therapy examples in classroom making learning easier. The exams frequency is twice a year (each semester)

Internships Opportunities

I am in 1st year , so don't know much about the name of companies and roles offered under internships with stipend Workshops are held every now and then They are very effective. ............. ............

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is 17520 Scholarships are available. Campus employment, job roles , responsibilities internships are great . Tuition fee is affordable But staying is expensive. I live in college hostel which costs me 90k almost per 10 months

Campus Life

Annual fest is conducted by UNION , ABHIVYAKTI. Which is held in the month of March. Books are well available in Library . E books are also there. College has a good sports and NCC opportunity. There are many student run societies.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel accomodation is good. Good quality meal is provided. Registration process is there on college website Facilities are 3 sharing room ,wifi , 4 times meal Food menu is good Overall satisfactory experience.

Hostel Fee: INR 88500 per year

Admission

I gave CUET. The eligibility was 10+2 in any stream . The application form is there in cuet portal. The exam is conducted all over India by UGC NET Application fee was 1500 for me I had to write 4 papers. That is optional

Faculty

The faculty is very brilliant and highly qualified. The education they provide is quality one. I often do interact with the faculty since they are well approachable The student teacher relationship is very great which in turn makes learning easier

Course Curriculum Overview:

the curriculum is decided by delhi university, economics wing and is followed by all the colleges of du, although few topic are often irrevelent which teachers tend to skip. i do feel that curriculum is pretty old and they should introduce new topic which are more related to reak=l world and give us real life experience not just bookish knowledge which is irelevent. they should also ask for students input related to their curriculum, teachers sometimes tedn to just do book reading. internal exmas are taken frequently and difficulty is 3 out of 5

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a good course. I went for it mainly because I am preparing for UPSC CSE (pretty common around here). In that context the course is helpful, and also for those aiming to enter research, academia, museology, archaeology etc. However there are not many placement opportunities and for most it would be better to pursue masters later on. Teaching methods are inclusive, both english and hindi medium students can comfortably study. However both students and faculties have some complaints regarding the curriculum changes under NEP such as the sequence of courses in each sem.

Great college with good faculty and student crowd

Placement Experience:

Placements is for 3rd year students. Many good companies visit our campus like bajaj capital, oberoi group. Highest package is around 22 lakhs. We have a lot of internship and placement opportunities come in for students.

Course is rightly designed. Plus the teachers often suggest books that can be read from library regarding course topics. The library is very nice here. I used to study in the library for long hours. Honest review of Pros and Cons of DCAC

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is done in the 3rd year. The highest PPO given is 24,00,000 to auditing and taxation departments. Average package is about ?15,00,000 to ?18,00,000. Companies like Eay, KPMG and more visit our college for placement. Most students under the commerce department get offered internships. Other than this, the placement cell also actively keeps sending internship opportunities for students to enhance their profiles. I am an English honours student l, thus there is no placement option for me directly unless I take up options from the P-Cell. I have already interned at EY India, Gurgaon, as a forensics and risk management specialist( throigh personal referral).My knowledge (attained from DCAC) of research, report and article writing were used adequately.

Generally, after BA no one is placed and even if we apply for a job we don't get a good package. So, students generally go for masters or some other courses through which they can get placements. Talking of college placement and internship cell we don't have very good facilities as very limited companies are there for recruiting students. Many students don't even get the internship. This is a major negative point of college.

From Campus to Career in Bharati College

This is girls college and personally this college is very nearest to my home location in terms of girls college because i studied my whole schooling in coed , so decided to go in this and genuinely this college is very good for girls. Environment is also very good for girls . I had choosed this college because the college is quite low in fees and I have seen that some of the college charged 50k for a year so I cannot afford that much for one year and In my college it is around 5.5k for a year and it is increasing by 10% for the next year so it is apprx 6k for the next year so it is quite good for those who cannot afford 50k for a year that's why I select this college...Read More
