2 Year Expirence in VIT Pune

The curriculum is very nice and upto date for the industry. There are a variety of different subjects. There are 3 common semesters in the college. And the curriculum more focuses on Project-based learning rather than just theory.

College gives many internship opportunities. Like from the second year, you start getting emails for internships. I am in my second year and I have already applied for companies like JP Morgan, Barclays, Seimens, etc. There is a compulsory internship for 1 Semester in VIT.

College supports higher studies. the college supports students to go for the master's degree or PHD. Students have been placed in companies like microsoft , amazon and google also from off campus . many students get placed from different different hackathons. more than 70 percent students get placed . My plan after getting degree is to get a good job .

Fees are very high like goes upto 2 lacs per year , but there are different scolarships available for the student. Tuition fess : 162608 Development Fees: 24392 Exam fees : 2000 Misc University fees : 2354

In VIT Pune , There are three fests every year - Vishwakarandak - it is a intracollege fest held between different departmentts . there are various activities like sports , technical games, dance , singing , literary events, etc. Melange - It is a iter college events. various teams from different college come to take part in it. Vishwotsav - It is a 3-day cultural event. Students have different themes on different days like western days, traditional day and bollywood day. There are also 42 different clubs in the college. The library is good you will find all necessary books available there. there are digital smart boards in every classroom.

I live in a private hostel . It is not of college . And my hostel is overall good . Meal quality is very nice. There are 3 canteens in VIT . you can get variety of food there . And in sorrounding area there are many PG available and near college also there is a Khau Galli.

Eligibility criteria is that students must have completed 10+2 courses in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Around 50-55 percent is necessary. For admission, you have to take exams like JEE and MHTCET. You can apply for this college from its official website or from the CAP round. The admission process for VIT is systematic. But the area in which they can improve can be clarity in cut-offs.

Some of the faculty are very good . There are very knowledgable peoplebut some of them are very good . Student to faculty ratio overall is fine . But the strength of student is very high . Like my class have 97 students.
