- Faculty is good. All the exams and tests are taken properly
- Students get good exposure to all fields including sports and NCC
- Companies like Deloitte,KPMG, EY and Zomato gives campus placement.
Dislikes
- The area surrounding the college is very expensive. All the pg and flats here are too expensive.
- It's a girl's college and as you know girls are not cooperative at all. It's very difficult to make a huge friend circle here.
- Campus is not much spacious and the canteen food is not good.
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm pursuing BA(H) Business Economics. I selected this course because I wanted to study about business. This course gives all the things you need to know about to get in the corporate world and also pursue MBA. Students of third year are taken for company visit. Faculty members for our course should increase as their are only 3 teachers all 3 year students. Exam are taken after every 6 month and also tests and practicals are taken for internals.
Internships Opportunities
Roles offered are mostly related to marketing, finance,HR, Financial analyst, business development,sales. And also campus development and volunteer programs. Stipend is from 1000-18000. But many are also unpaid. Companies - Dabur, Bajaj Capital,Aim India, Supraceuticals, AECC global,Peakpals, Accenture etc.
Placement Experience
The highest package is mostly offered from my course.This year(2024) it was 23lpa. It depends on the students determination and mostly on their extra curricular activities. Companies visited- Deloitte,KPMG,Zomato,EY,BAIN and many more. I prefer doing MBA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees vary according to the course selected. Fees for bbe is 44k per year. Scholarship is provided for economically weaker section students.There are two provisions 1.less than 1 lakh 2.less than 4 lakh There is no extra charge taken. Fees is taken yearly.And examination fee of around 1000-1500 in each semester. Campus placement is of approximately 400000- 700000 per annum
Campus Life
Name of annual fest is Reverie. Nikhil D'Souza performed in 2024. Internship fair takes place every year. Besides these two all the departments and societies have their own separate fests. Students can issue maximum of 4books a time for 14 days. Classrooms are provided with blackboards and some classrooms have projector too. Training of basketball,TT and many other sports are given.
Admission
For BA(H ) Business Economics Eligibility - 12th passed students with English and maths as subject. CUET exam is needed to get his course. I scored 450/700 to get admission. Sports quota is given preference here. Admission process was smooth without any problem or delay
Faculty
All the faculty members are highly qualified. All of them have a PHD degree and many other degrees also. Many professors have written their own books and research papers. There are many senior faculty members here
