Likes

I have found the campus is purely green,It has ample security measures including 24 hours security personals and we'll lot pathways.the surrounding around the college is also good.
The campus is well connected by public transportation including DTc buses and also the nearest metro is present almost under 2 km range.
There are numerous grocery stores,cafes, restaurant etc near the college surrounding.there are public libraries also.

Dislikes

Parking can quite be challenging here.the available parking spaces fill up quickly.most of the parking areas are only for college faculties.
There is no hostel inside the campus which is the biggest problem of this college.the cist of living in the surrounding area is very high.rent prices can be a burden for students
Some administration processes such as course registration, financial aid disbursement is slow and inefficient.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of this college is very comprehensive and well structured. It is designed to provide a deep understanding of the subject matter while also encouraging critical thinking and practical application.the curriculum includes a good mix of theoretical knowledge and hands on experience with opportunities for research projects.

This college offers a variety of financial support schemes and scholarships to help the students.tehre are merit based scholarships, need based grants,and specific scholarships for various disciplines and underrepresented groups.

Campus Life

Despite a few drawbacks my overall experience in Bhaskaracharya college of applied sciences, University of Delhi has been highly positive.the college provides a well rounded environment that supports academic excellence, personal growth,and professional development.

Admission

The admission criteria for admission in this college is simple.Firstly u have to pass out in Science stream in class 12 having subjects Physics, chemistry and biology or mathematics photography as main subjects.then you have to qualify the Cuet UG exam and after that if you scores good and eleigible for that course and collgege then you have to make preference list on the Delhi University common seat allocation system website.after that the respective college will verify your admission

Faculty

The faculty members of this college are highly knowledgeable and brings a wealth of experience in their teaching.Many professors are actively involved in research which keeps the curriculum current and engaging.they are also approachable and supportive always willing to provide guidance and mentorship.

A great college for this course with the potential to be the best

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of KMC works really well. Many top companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and Wipro visit the campus. It also arranges internships and placement drives, making sure students are ready for jobs. Overall, KMC provides a lively atmosphere and strong career support. From 6th Semester onwards, students can sit for campus placements. The highest package was upwards of ?30 LPA and the average package is around ?6-8 LPA. Our course saw a similar average package and the highest package was ?23 LPA. Around 30% of the previous batch was placed with the rest going for higher education and other job or entrance examinations. After getting my degree, I plan to go for higher education in statistics or economics. And beyond that I have made up my mind that I want to appear for the UPSC Civil Services Examination and RBI Grade B Officer examination.

Kirori Mal - The way I see it

Placement Experience:

The placements at Kirori Mal College are respectable and are getting better. The fifth semester is typically when students become eligible for campus placements. Numerous well known bussineses like Deloitte, KPMG, EY et. Approximately 50-60% of students are placed through campus drives each year. The average package is approxiamtely 5-7 lakhs per year. After getting the degree I plan on applying for a masters degree in the same field.

A vibrant college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college
