Infrastructure - classroom are having digital learning and large with enough capacity .The central library with free wifi facility for all the students and computer labs.Tge library contain rare books and magazines even daily newspaper
Campus - campus is quite big and nice with beautiful nature and weather
Facility - the teacher are helpful, qualified,and knowledgeable,but some teacher are facing language barriers but the teachers are helpful in nature .

Dislikes

Low maintenance of buildings within the college
Busy and packed academic calander throughout the year
College management takes lots of time to do any work

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum mainly focus on teaching the students as much as possible about the related subjects and course. The curriculum is focused to get proper outcome. The speed of covering of syllabus is really slow so in the end students need to complete the syllabus by there own

Class Size: 38Course Fees: INR 13800 per year

Internships Opportunities

The intrested students can apply for internship through the tie up of college with Pre-Grade. They need to pay around 6K-7K. In which they get the training and internship of there respective fields during college.

Placement Experience

There is a placement cell which arranges the placement in various industry. There are many opportunities for the different background are there like Casphore micro finance LTD, ICICI BANK and many more such companies visit the campus for placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees is quite affordable as compared to other universities. It ranges from 3-4K per semester. The tution fee and and library fees is helpful for us. I do not get scholarship but there are scholarship available for home state students

Campus Life

The campus life really exciting and thrilled full of college events throughout the year. The college has 2-3 events every month so it's quite exciting to be part of them. There are many different clubs and sports activities to take part and choose from.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is available for both boys and girls. There are separate hostel for juniors and seniors. The food quality is good but there is some problem with hygiene but overall it's quite good. The hostel even has wifi and other facilities

Hostel Fee: INR 12000 per year

Admission

For admission one have to appear for CUET exam and get the qualifying marks in the exam. The exams is not that tough so it's quite easy to crack if you study well. There is no GD or PI during admission

Faculty

Teachers were quite friendly and coopeartive . Teachers try to guide each and every student personally . The best thing is that the teachers are even helpful even other than studies. The teachers are highly experienced and good mentor.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The real world exposture is zero, no industrial visits and no presentation and no modern teaching methods are provided and adapted. For this field atleast modern teaching methods should be adapted. Teachers should work more on giving practical knowledge, more internship opportunities should be provided. Industrial visits should be increased. Preparation for Group disscussion and interview shold start.

I chose bcom hons for its mix of real world and finance Prepares well for job and real world problems too However it needs more case studies and updated curriculum Exams are very much fair but too frequent

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've chosen this course as this is an honors degree also I am from a commerce background. And I want to know about all the concepts of commerce and the economy. There is a Concise curriculum for this course. Faculty to the student is quite less as it is a private university Faculties are changed regularly. And. In their place, a visiting faculty pursuing a master's or Ph.D. is engaged to cover up the syllabus until and unless any assistant professor joins the university. So that was the lack that was where we were lacking in the 5th semester.

Remarks:

Amity is improving from year to year. We faced some problems there but now everything has improved so much. They have proper faculties now. Also they have guest faculties for some subjects. A specialized teacher for an important subject.

A overview of Bcom Llb in GGU

It's Location since it is located in Bilaspur and High court of Chhattisgarh is itself located here so internship and legal experience will be maximized. I applied for BHU but wouldn't able to make becoz of Cutoff . One can get admission in this college and course via giving Cuet exam with General Test paper. After that make registration through smarth portal and as per category wise cutt off one can take admission here...Read More

Life in Electronic Department in Guru Ghasidas University.

I got confirmed application in other Central University of different states but since I am from Chhattisgarh so I took this university and also I got admission to top state colleges of my state, but I prefer this university or state because it is central, for entering into this college you have to give exam and you can go through josa counselling or sees have counselling, you have to be 12th pass and for josa 75% is required in 12th, hot general category the cut off is 85% tile....Read More
