Some of the major schemes include Central Sector Interest Subsidy Scheme (CSIS), Chief Minister Higher Education Scholarship Scheme and scholarships available through National Scholarship Portal (NSP). In detail: Central Sector Interest Subsidy Scheme (CSIS): This scheme provides interest subsidy on education loans to students from economically weaker sections. The scheme is applicable to education loans taken from scheduled banks under the Model Education Loan Scheme of Indian Banking Association. Chief Minister's Higher Education Scholarship Scheme: This scheme is run by the Government of Chhattisgarh and it provides financial assistance to economically weaker students in pursuing higher education. Admission
Apart from Guru Ghasidas University, I had also applied to two to three colleges like Indra Gandhi University and Atal Bihari Vajpayee University, Science College, etc., where only merit was given. My name had also come up, but after seeing such a good education system of Guru Ghasidhas University, I chose Guru Ghasidhas University,y where equal education is provided to all students.
Faculty
The teacher-chatra ratio in Guru Ghasidas is 1:2. The relationship between teacher and student is very good, anytime, anywhere, we can ask any study related question without any hesitation and the teacher also gives very polite answers. Night Life
Cafeteria, library and public places get closed as soon as the school closes. In chartvas one has to go till 6 in the evening. There is a temple to roam inside the school, there is a pond and there is a beautiful place Ha Where you can roam like cafeteria etc.Where you can roam like cafeteria etc.
