Government Nagarjuna Post Graduate College of Science (GCSRCG) was established in the year of 1948 along with an aim to promote the higher education in the city Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In the year of 1987 the institute has become Autonomous and it has got the privilege of Leading College of Chhattisgarh. The GCSRCG institute is affiliated by the Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur and is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It is also recognized by the University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi. The institute provides B.Sc., M.Sc., BCA, DCA, PGDCA courses to the students.

- Computer labs computer are not fully updated so many application can't run in there system

I choose this college because it is a government college and have big name and i am from a middile class family so it is eazy to afford this college than others and government teachers have experience and teaches well so i decided to join this college. I do not apply for any other colleges.
There is no exams in this course everyone who can pass 12th can do this and for admission in government Nagarjuna oost graduate college of raipur you have to fill form online and if you got listed then you can join the college

- The college is very well designed.The class size is very good.
- All the facilities are available in the college like canteen, hostel, sports area, library, garden which a student can expect from his college.
- All types of sports are played in the college and sports are encouraged at a good level.

- There is no event here, even the freshers and farewell party is organised by the students themselves.

If the college is affiliated to Ravishankar Shukla University, then first we have to fill the form in the university, after that the merit list is released here on percentage basis which we get in 12th.So most of the seats get filled and for the rest there is open counselling.
