GNSCR Faculty

The college faculty consists largely of contract teachers, outnumbering regular professors. Although faculty members regularly attend classes and strive to make subjects interesting with examples and life skill suggestions, there are concerns about rushed syllabi completion and irregular class attendance, with some teachers missing classes for 2-3 months. Class sizes exceed 60 students, impacting individual attention.

Educators are experienced and knowledgeable, often using examples to explain topics and provide career guidance, but management issues affect class regularity. Faculty-student relations are generally positive, with supportive teachers aiding in students' academic and personal development. The college holds both semester and yearly exams, with a high student passing ratio attributed to faculty support.
