The dedicated Training & Placement department at the university always takes care of the students’ needs by keeping an eye consideration upon from the very one first day of their academic calendar by providing various skills through the campus programs such as soft skills, PDs & GDs sessions, mock interview session, other needful classes related with the computer languages & training, etc. Almost all eligible students from different bachelor courses get placements from the institute. Major recruiters include Infosys, TCS, CSC, Atos Origin, Tata Technologies, and Tech Mahindra, etc.

- Library: The library is the hub of academic student life on campus. Dr. C.V. Raman University houses a spacious library, stocked with more than 40,000 books, 5,000 titles, and thousands of CDs, journals, and reports. The CVRU library consists of a Central Library & separate Department Libraries to help students and faculties alike have easy access to the course and reference materials through a membership card.
- Hostel Facilities: The University provides separate accommodation for both boys and girls from outside Bilaspur. Mess facility is also available, where the student must submit his/her preferences for accommodation early in the process of admission. Currently, the hostel block houses more than 150 students. All hostels comprise of the main office, security room, and a guest house. The two boy’s blocks are called Tagore Block and Gandhi Block.
- Medical Aid: on the campus, there is a student’s Health Care Centre. With a full-time Medical Superintendent and a team of qualified, efficient doctors who are always present in the healthcare center. CVRU also offers Health Insurance Policies for their students.
- Cafeteria: Dr. CV Raman University has two canteens: a cafeteria and a dining hall on the campus, where tea/coffee and various snack options are available. On the other hand, the canteen serves both veg and non-veg meals to their students/staff members.
- Sports: Annual Sports Competition, CVRU in Inter-university Sports Activity, CVRU in Mni Olympiad.

It was in my town and cost less transportation cost. It has great potential for growth. It also provide hostel facilities available inside college and university provides a platform for students to join the placement and induction programme.

10th pass is the eligibility of admission in our course Offline and online both are available for admission in our college Very beneficial for students scoring above 70% Canteen should be fully facilatef and staff behaviour could be better

Through Jee mains exam and also from the ODJEE Entrance exam. The application form is free of cost No reservations availed yet. Better support could be done from the staff and better management could be done to improve the process of taking admission.

To pursue post graduation one must be a graduate from any institute recognized under any board. Now you can apply for any course from the official website of the institute. The state government's rule of reservations is followed in admission. I want to see improvement in the processing of application forms from the college.

The admission process at cv Raman university is very simple as you just have to go to the college and there they will ask for your 10th 12th and graduation mark sheet aadhar card photocopy then you have to submit it to the office and you have to pay fees for that course then you will get admission. One thing I will say is that the behaviour of the faculty was very good they will explain the admission process and also if you didn't understand something you can call the office then they will provide you with all the information.
