Relevance in each of the subjects are very good which gives a very good understanding of the subject .There are few cases in which the subject is taught early but is effective but we might tend to forget it.But each and every subject is taught with precision in which we can take in without much effort

Interships provision by the campus is mainly for project work,which depends on one to whether avail the intership or not,the faculties themselves provide internships in the campus for 2 to 3 weeks.Highly underrated

Placements in Nit Calicut is one of the best in India.This year has shown a very big spike in the recruitments from a variety of national and international companies offering very good packages.IT fields are holding up with core fields in terms of internships and campus placements

The fees have increased for the upcoming years which is a bit too much but for my year it seems somewhat reasonable.Campus provides a good set of scholarships,also since its an national institute we can avail any scholarship of our choice and not restricted to state scholarships,but the problem is government is reducing the active scholarships in our country.This year civil and mechanical department have the highest set of campus placements which ensures the opportunity almost 95% of mechanical students have been placed and almost 80% of civil have also ensured their seat

Campus Life is the best thing to happen once you enter NIT Calicut.A lot of clubs and extracurricular activities happening in the campus you will never be bored one way or the other you will occupied with campus.Recently the campus vibe has been off due to communal issues

Hostel are very good,with the problem is only cutting of power which is irritating but other than that rest all is fine with a very good supply of grey water and equipped with water filter tanks at almost every corner of the hostel.Food is the best considering its only 138 re per day with having non veg and veg meals every day

The admission process is ver easy and not at all hectic everything goes according to its flow without much lag and we will feel very easy and free since the seniors will look after each and everything.In order to get admission we have to clear JEE Mains with a minimum of 95 percentile will depend each year.

The faculty in my specific branch is of high quality,Since civil department is the oldest and efficient branch faculties tend to keep a standard in almost every event.None of the students might feel left out from anything because we are given utmost care.All faculties are very engaging and is very approachable except for a few but all are top class mentors.
