IIIT Sonepat provides advanced industry related curriculum to students from the first semester onwards focusing on coding skills and DSA and ongoing current trends in the market like AI and Data science curriculum. There are monthly tests conducted, frequent assignments and mid sem and practical examinations to test our knowledge and skills et . Moreover frequent coding competitions are held to engage students in upskilling thereselves.

Talking about last year placement records the highest package was about 52 lpa with average package of 16.51 lpa CSE and IT combined. The institute has a course fee structure of 98000 per semester so your overall engineering degree can cost you 8 lakh for four years. Not to worry as many are eligible for scholarship opportunities provided by the govt and managed and filled by the institute. So if you are a candidate under OBC, OBC NCL, Sc/St then you can avail a scholarship upto 20,000 yearly plus you can also avail a laptop under this scholarship scheme.

Campus Life is awesome with a wide variety of fests taking place in the college. We have our sports and cultural fest under the name Agnito . College provides an excellent library with a wide variety of books on both technical and non technical topics. We also have the access to utilise the resources of national digital library and utilise the online library of IIT Delhi , DTU and IIT Hyderabad as our college has signed an MoU with them. There are so many clubs and societies to participate in and a pool of opportunities to learn from them.

Hostel facility is good with all the basic facilities needed. Mess food is overall good and they do include a variety of food items taking note of the south side students too. In hostel u would get a two bed sharing room with a fan, light , chairs , study table and an attached washroom. There is also a common washroom in the ground and first floor and students get access to washing machine to save their time .

For admission into IIIT Sonepat you need to score a good percentile of about 97 percentile and above in Jee mains examination to secure ur seat in computer science curriculum. The overall admision process is a cake walk just u need to give the exam score well and opt for IIIT Sonepat during the Josaa and cash counseling.
