Likes

The greenary campus will give peaceful environment
Easily accessible library which is open all day.
The whole campus is connected to high speed wi-fi facility.

Dislikes

The food in the cafeteria is slightly not so good.
The distance from the hostel to classroom is quite long.
Transportation inside the campus is not very well and usually crowded.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is designed with plan to cover wide techniques and day to day update. It is useful in clearing csir-net exam. Frequency of exam is moderate and it will be difficult for last minute preparation. Teaching methods are advanced and well equiped laboratory are there.

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 23600 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee to complete pg program in Molecular Biology and Biochemical is about 50k. There is no extra fees that is demanded except exam fee. That is based in the number of papers. The national scholarship can be claimed and there are some scholarship that is awarded for students under certain category.

Campus Life

There are n number of festive and culturals happening throughout the calender. There are so many clubs that encourage extra circular skills and talent. In total the campus is totally happening environment. The library is accessible all day of the year even in sunday and semester break. Classroom is equiped with smart board to promote visual learning.

Admission

Eligibity is through CUET entrance exam. NTA conducts entrance exam and application form, dates are updated by nta. After results, apply for PU through their official website www.pondiuni.ac.in. The further updates can be accessed through official website. There is reservation based on category. In some courses there is reservation for pondicherry people who have Residence certificate. One year will have 2 semester. odd semester will be of 6 months usually exam falls on dec/Jan. Whereas even semester is short of 3 months which end exam will fall on may/jun. Usual class timing will be 9:30 to 5:30. If you keep up with daily lectures i would be easy. 70% attendance must. Labatory can be updated.

Placement Experience:

Studying in a vacation town

Course Curriculum Overview:

The most important point is it's similarity to NET CSIR joint examination. After the end of 3 semesters, if you study properly, you will be able to solve 70% csir c section with accuracy. As laboratory is not prioritized, you will have to struggle for real life experience. But inside info: you can tag along with scholars to get the hands on experience. Frequency of examination is too much with all the internals and all. Difficulty level is manageable as per masters.
