Likes

Faculty of history department is very good
If serious placement is also some but good
Infrastructure is okay, with basic amenities available

Dislikes

Some teachers in faculty are very bad And cut marks
Requirement of minimum attendance in the college.
Classes held in bamboo rooms or eco-friendly rooms during summer is very bad

Course Curriculum Overview

Coming from Humanities background from Class 12 influenced to choose the course. The curriculum does not prepare for real world applications as it is a Social science department. Real world experience should be made in the course curriculum Yearly exams, and the difficulty level is relatively moderate

Internships Opportunities

I did not do any kind of internship opportunity with the college, but there are many students who did get internship from college and also job offers from the college. Doing internship does provide with experience so I would Recommend students taking admission in the college to go internship, if you are not going to give competitive exam.

Placement Experience

From first semester onwards, students become eligible for campus placements, many companies such as Zomato visited the campus and made offers. Average package student gets is about two lakh to 3,00,000 annually

Fees and Financial Aid

In my three years, there was no increase in tuition fee The total amount of tuition fee will be about ?35,000, for every exams, there will be registration fee of ?510, the fee would need to be submitted every six months There are different scholarships available

Campus Life

There is an annual faced in the college, which is quite good plus, there will be department fest every year. The library has good accessibility of books, Its library is one of the biggest in the DU campus. There are many social groups, clubs for students which they can join.

Admission

Passout from 12th Special Portol will be available Lower Cutoff than General Category 2 Exams Yearly with High difficulty level Need of Offline Documents after Online Procedure should be available for different days

I found English hons to be a subject which can make me confident and fluent for the real world. Improvements could be done in management since it sometime lacks . the frequency and timing is fine the exams are of 3 hours which is enough for it .

Placement Experience:

Final year college students get eligible for the placements. EY , Deloitte, Mahindra,HDFC Bank, Zomato, magicpin, and others visited. Business development intern, data analytics, business executive, business associate, sales , marketing and others. Highest package was 32 LPA and average was 5 LPA. 20-30% students get placed. After this I will go for Masters.

Wonder of SBSC

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a art student mostly wants to graduate from the course like Political, History as well as Geography and my intrest is constituted with subject like geography and the faculty of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College is goods That's why I inclunced my decision in this course. The difficulty level of examination was quite good but question answer was quite easy and lengthy. The timming of examination for Hons students from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the extra subject like VAC, DSE, GE, SEC examination time is almost 2hr. These extra subject helps to development in skill as well as personal growth.

I have applied for I have applied for few of the north campus colleges and few other colleges from the South campus. I got confirmed admission form DCAC. I chose it because I am a tabla player and music society is very good. The admissions are generally accepted to CUET UG examination. No I didn't applied for any other college and I choose this college over other college because of the course and the exposure which I get in this college it might be possible I will not get in any other college.
