Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum that is influenced me this is my own discussion to achieve my goals and do work in IT sector. The curriculum prepare me very easily in the easy way to achieve my goals. For improvement the of this course 1st you have to decide yourself and go ahead and improve yourself by teacher and nowadays we have internet.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 590000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The complete cost of this course is nearly 6 lack. I get scholarship from SVMCM after 1 year by getting 60 percentage in the exam. I am not getting any role in the university, as a student I try do my best

Campus Life

I am not giving the any fees for technical festival and other festival. Yes, range and accessories of books are available in the library. Yes, they are conducted the sports and other curriculums . Yes, many of them are their.

Admission

12th pass with 60 persentage marks in science background from West Bengal board. I found the application form from online and consultant Application free, application date is after class 12th. No reservations benifit. In one semester 2 exam are conducted one is mid term and other is Final semester.

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Placement opportunities are overall good, students can apply for the placement form 5th and 6th semester and can get PPOs's companies like Microsoft, google, amazon comes during the placement season and every year, so many students get placed even with a package greater than 2cr INR. Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements. A few companies which visit the college are TCS, WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA, INFOSYS, IBM, COGNIZANT, HUL, HCL, INDIAN OIL, MITSUBSHI, NJ INDIA, D-POWER,ETC. all the companies offer placement. highest on-campus package = inr 33 lakh where as the average is around 6lpa. After the degree, I plan to get a good placement in a core company and opt for GATE.
