Course Curriculum Overview

They study system is to good and the faculty staff are all good and take care of all the students.this is a good environment for study.The class room r to good.I suggest for taking classes test for all courses regularly for improving the study methods

Their is a system to take admission it's called jet exam . students can take admission after passing this exam . Jis also provide jet scholarship.the admission fees for b.tech cse is 531000 only. their are also hostel for students from low price

Recent the jis arrange bosanto utssob.many festival are also arranged at jis University such as biswa Bangla convocation,jis samman e.t.c. There also good library services many books and journals are available their and the environment of the library is to pleasure for study

I passed my hs at West Bengal board then I decided to take admission at jis University Then I got a chance to direct admission their.i collect my admission form at the jis University.the admission policy is to good for the candidate.

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements.
